Absolutely livid with my recent experience at Jimmy John’s! I’ve had some subpar meals in my life, but this was beyond terrible. I ordered a combo, and not a single person at the counter thought to mention that their fountain drink machine was completely out of commission. So, after they took my money, I found myself without a drink, and they didn’t even have the decency to offer an alternative. What kind of customer service is that?
Then, the sandwich—what a nightmare. This was hands-down the most revolting sandwich I’ve ever been served at Jimmy John’s. It looked like someone threw it together without a care, as if quality and presentation are totally irrelevant. But here’s the kicker: I actually found a piece of plastic in it! That’s not just sloppy—that’s dangerous and totally unacceptable.
I’ve lost all trust in Jimmy John’s and wouldn’t dream of eating there again. This wasn’t just disappointing; it was revolting. If this is the quality they’re serving now, they should be ashamed. Save yourself the disappointment (and the potential health risk) and take your business somewhere else.

Tge experience I had her was amazing. I ordered her yesterday for my lunch and I was having it delivered. The delivery didn’t work out at all so I went in to pick my order up. The gentleman that helped me was very kind. I wish I got his name but I didn’t. I’ll be going back today to see if he’s there to thank him again because he went way beyond the scope to help me out.

First time stopped here, we had a freezing temperatures and a lot of snow and ice around. Staff was in a great mood, friendly and attentive. Food preparation was fast and everything just came great. Amazing crew! Thanks

Make sure you check your order EVERY SINGLE TIME before you drive away. They mess something up every time. Missing condiments, wrong bag of chips, adding ice when I asked for my drink to not have any. Are you guys paying attention when we place our order?

This is one of my favorite Jimmy John’s. Staff is super friendly and food gets out fast. I was overcharged (it was due to a substitution). They made it right with no hassle and let me keep it. My kids love coming to this location.

I ordered food via online ordering 2 nights and ordered to-go at the end of the evening 1 night. In each instance, my order was taken quickly. The people behind the register were very kind even though I came in near closing time. The food was really good and was out together incredibly fast. Thank you!!!

I normally don’t have anything bad to say or even bother reviewing. However, my disappointment regarding the service I received at at this location made me write a review. During my visit to order five sandwiches, I encountered extremely rude staff members who did not greet me or acknowledge my presence while waiting. Despite my attempts to be polite by saying thank you, I was not even acknowledged.
The lack of basic courtesy and customer service made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated. Unfortunately, due to this negative experience, I have decided not to return to your location. Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers is essential, and I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall customer experience at your establishment.
