Burger and fry combo was a solid 8.1. Bun was perfectly toasted, patty was seasoned well but the green chile was definitely the star of the show. Green chile was nicely chopped and tasted
seasoned as well. The heat level was perfect. Fry’s were thin cut and not greasy and had a nice crisp. If you want atmosphere and an experience go to sparky’s, but if you want a better burger, go to Pepe’s.

The Cali Burrito is way better here than in California. The pico is fresh. The Asada is a better quality. Very friendly staff. Well worth the 1hr 15min Sunday drive for great food. Will definitely come back.

This place was DELICIOUS and the customer service was great!! We were looking for a stop to eat driving home and boy did we hit the jackpot. The Quesabirria Tacos were to die for! Stuffed with a hearty amount of beef, perfectly melted cheese, and a crispy taco shell fried to perfection! Absolutely mouthwatering and not overly greasy. SO GOOD! My husband ordered the Fajitas, also so yummy! The steak was marinated and so flavorful. It was a clean, cozy atmosphere with the most friendly people! This will be marked as a FAV for us!

We drove 30 minutes to enjoy different food than what’s in our town and I have to say we are so satisfied. Not only was it very clean and presentable it was welcoming and the customer service was amazing. We had such a pleasant experience we definitely recommend. Thank you to the staff you were amazing.

Stopped here on my way to Lordsburg NM for work. Order a quesadilla with Al Pastor (pork) and large agua de melon ( cantaloupe drink). The quesadillas was very good. It was loaded with cheese and meat and was very tasty and crispy. It was served with sour scream, aguacate sauce, and a red salsa that had a little kick to it and made my lips have some burning feeling afterwards. The agua fresca was good as well. Definitely recommend a stop here on your way through. Next time I want to try the tacos and a burger!

Amazing tacos al pastor. I was driving to El Paso from Albuquerque, and I needed to stop somewhere to have dinner. I found this place through Google maps and don’t let the rural roads fool you. It directed me to a private patio and it feels like you’re eating in someone else’s home. Great variety of tacos and friendly service. Will come back with my family if I drive around Hatch! Please support this family-owned business.
