Everything we ordered tasted great, but we were disappointed that our nachos were missing from the order, even though we made sure to tell the cashier we wanted to add them and they were listed (and charged) on our receipt. When we got home and realized they weren’t included, we tried contacting them but couldn’t get through. Their phone line does not work. Unfortunately, we don’t live close enough to drive back just for the missing item. We wish there was an easier way to reach them or for them to make it right without having to go back in person.
