Not impressed. I ordered two steak and two Al pastor and wasn’t wowed, mediocre at best. The tamale took half the lemonade to swallow. Dry,Dry,Dry. The only thing I enjoyed was the lemonade. Not a do over.

Hard to find authentic Mexican in Iowa but this truck nailed it. These bad reviews are probably people who got lost trying to find Taco Bell. 10/10 my new go to tacos in town. Yes Karen you might pay a few cents more for steak than mystery meat but more than worth it!

So I looked inside this taco truck & saw A vary clean kitchen.Being open minded (depending on who you ask) & hungry,we ordered. Burritos and tacos.!!.All the food was authentically prepared.( I’m not positive about authentically becuz ,well I’m not)The meat,small cut up beef was a bit chewy & all around I was looking for more flavor..Not great but vary eatable..

Been meaning to leave a review. Sorry to all of the other taco trucks but this taco truck is the BEST both in IA & NE.
Still the best tacos but they’ve definitely been lacking. Why ask me if I want beans and everything on the taco if you aren’t going to add it. Happened the last few times & I never check until I get home. The beans are what separate you from the rest!!

I went there for the first time today. I ordered two tacos (one chicken, one pork). Both were very good and meaty. I love that they included a lime slice and the hot sauce. I really liked the red sauce! The service was quick and friendly. I will definitely be back in the future!

If you want authentic Mexican, this IS the place to go… Food is really on par.. It’s just the restaurant set up.. They not to long ago moved to a restaurant set up from just a food truck.. In my opinion, they need to change a few things with this in mind.. 1st# Offer combos with numbers.. Makes ordering easier in a restaurant set up.. 2# Everything should have a side UNLESS specified.. Customers will feel like they are in a sit down environment and not waiting at the food truck.. Just some suggestions!
