I was checking out and asked a question to the nice lady taking care of me. While the nice lady was in the middle of answering my question very professionally is when this other lady employee, maybe a manager or supervisor(I hope not because she definitely shouldn’t be)comes out of the back room being very rude with a very poor attitude,interrupting by talking loudly over the lady who was already helping me. I will not be going back to this subway anytime soon.

Went to order subway for dinner before they closed at 8PM. Called multiple times no answer. Got there and the door was locked and there was a female employee in there that blatantly ignored us at the door as she was counting change. Update your hours, or tell you employees to not be lazy and close early and lose out on money. Called again from the car just to watch her ignore her it once again. Terrible customer service if you ask me, and i’m not the one to complain.

Worst experience ever! Ordered online and was supposed to be ready by 4:20. 1 emplotee who had no clue what he was doing. Was taking walk in customers before myself while i was waiting for my order . when he finally went to make my food he decided to make a phone call. Then his family came in and sat down and he talked and talked and talked some more. I didn’t get my order until almost 5. The sandwiches were all made wrong ! The bread was stale. They didnt even have the bread i ordered. Dirty restaurant! Zero stars if i could!

Food is good but when you get to the counter you get the feeling the place is really dirty. The counter at the register and all around it looks really nasty. The girl who checked me out was still wearing her gloves to touch the screen and hand me my receipt, then went back to making food with the same gloves on. Whats the point of wearing gloves?

I love subway but Why is this location NEVER open? Whoever works there always has the “open” sign and lights turned off almost all day and the door locked way before it should be. I live across the street and see it happen , really sad. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyway , make a longer trip if you actually want your order. No one ever awnsers the phone even when you can see the workers in there.

Place never really looks clean tbh the workers are ahh no one ever really seems like they wanna actually work here this is mine and my family’s worst subway my sister has even tried to order a sandwich here a while back and the worker literally said she didn’t really have to make it for us since it wasn’t on the menu anymore yet it’s subway and your supposed to be allowed to kind of make your own sandwhich would not recommend this location just drive the extra mile or so to the subway location in Walmart

My wife stopped here yesterday to get me a sub and the man who was working there DID NOT wear a mask or gloves when making my order! When questioned as to why he said “my hands are clean and we don’t have to wear a mask”. How inappropriate is that! We are contacting management today and if no results will be contacting corporate. This bone head needs to loose his job!
