We had Donatos for the first time tonight for a fundraiser and it was a big disappointment. I work at a pizza restaurant and I would never serve a pizza that looked like these. They were burnt and tasted terrible. My daughter only ate a few pieces out of the middle because it was so burnt. We ended up throwing it away. For that price it should be edible and this was not. Very disappointing.

Pizza was extremely over baked. When I asked them to remake it, I was told this was in the normal range and next time I should ask them to not over bake it. We attempted to eat it but threw it out. Customer service was extremely poor. Implied I should have known they over baked their food. When I asked for a supervisor’s contact info, I was told to complete a review online.

Horrible. I ordered wings and when I went to pick it up there were five cars at the drive through and twice as many people inside waiting for orders (it was a Saturday). After waiting 20 minutes without the line moving I called the store to cancel my order. I called seven times and no one answered the phone. So I isn’t get an order I paid for. Likely

Ordered a pizza a little after 6 pm for a timed delivery of 7:15 pm called the store at 7:30 pm they stated driver left at 7:19 pm. This store is 8 minutes away. It is now 7:45 pm and pizza is still not here.

Never delivered my pizzas. Tyler the manager said they were delivered which basically called me a liar. I insisted they were not so I drove to store. Still wanted to charge me for a pizza per the GM. Tyler told me he was really busy but honestly, I didn’t care. A huge company with this type of problem solving customer service???? A lying delivery driver and two managers still charging me and insinuating I’m lying. I have never been treated so poorly by a business.

Food was good but this store seems consistently challenged to meet their promise time. Ordered a pizza that had a 40 to 50 minute wait. Wasn’t delivered until 20 minutes after the promise time. Around then, I tried calling the store and no one picks up. The only way to talk to a person is to say you want a new pizza otherwise he phone rings and rings until it disconnects you. The nearby Domino’s does not seem to be plagued with the same issues this store faces. Domino’s seemingly can answer their phone and deliver on time (and in half the time at that). I wish this was a one time problem but it’s not.

I’m not sure why anyone would think it acceptable to put a pizza that looked like it caught on fire into a box for a customer. I have been trying to reward my employees for their hard work with food that is individually packaged. Sometimes I get shorted a pizza, sometimes what I get looks like this. Won’t be “rewarding” my employees with Donatos again.

Mediocre pizza, terrible service. The pizza is ok, but overpriced for what it is. I was missing part of my order. Unfortunately, they use a foreign call center. You can’t call the store. If you get through to the call center, they have to transfer you to the store. Of course, the store doesn’t answer. They know it’s a complaint. After 4 calls, I was told they can’t send out the missing order. They can only offer a credit. Why the hell would I ever order there again to use the credit? Now i know why I haven’t ordered there in a year. It’ll be Cassanos from now on. They employ locals at their call center. The pizza is much better.
