The staff was excellent both days I visited this weekend! They work well as a Team. I had their iced coffee (made how you like it) and it was superb. The variety of bagel flavors is fantastic. Thank you for your hard work. See you next visit!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Don’t get me wrong I love bagels & beyond honestly they are the best around. It’s the service that is really getting to me. My coworkers & I order from here I would say almost every week, sometimes even twice a week. Every single time there is an issue. If you order a bagel they don’t have at the time, they wait until you get there to pick it up to tell you that they don’t have that kind, instead of calling back immediately to tell you. I worked & managed a local restaurant for the better half of 4 years, the customer service here sucks. I would NEVER allow my employees to talk to customers the way they do at this establishment. For example today (7/25/23) I called & placed an order for 6 bagels. She takes my order, rushes the entire time & ends the call with “you’re order #_ *click*” no thank you, no see you soon, just a dial tone letting me know she hung up. customer service has always been incredibly important to me, I am always kind on the phone (thank you, please, take your time etc) so there is never a reason on the rudeness. I am one of the people that understand running a restaurant is hard and know that people can be tough, but there is just no excuse anymore. These are just 2 examples out of MANY more. I’m honestly just done ordering from this establishment until they can find employees that actually want to work. It’s not rocket science. Oh & also, maybe learn how to cut a bagel, which is also not rocket science.

Listen, this is the best bagel place in town. No, I don’t want to hear about any other bagel place, because this is IT. If you’re not rating them 5 stars, it’s because you’re probably not from Jersey. This is a small business in New Jersey, there’s gonna be a line, there’s gonna be a cashier that’s at her wits end during the morning rush, and there’s gonna be someone in the parking lot that’s gonna run you over, BUT it’s all worth it because you’re gonna eat the best bagel of your life. Keep it up, you guys, your community loves you!

Given the 3-star rating, I was blown away by how good my ice cream was! Most of the reviews speak of the establishment not being open in line with the hours posted. However, I went 3 times in a week and they were always open as scheduled. This is now my top favorite vanilla chocolate twist of all time because the quality of the chocolate sprinkles was superb. They tasted like pure, soft chocolate, not the crunchy sugar ones I often get, and reminded me of the Belgian chocolate sprinkles my mom used to bring home from business trips. Nostalgic and delicious — I’ll be back!

The breakfasts sandwiches here are pretty weak. Not cheap and very thin, not much in it. Also the ice cream next door is pricey for what you get, and the toppings are pricey too. Just a meh place all around, but it’s convenient for BHW folks

Once again I ask myself why I give this place my money. Turkey, Swiss, bacon, lettuce, onion, oil, and vinegar. Half a slice of turkey, bagel not toasted, no bacon even on the sandwich which they probably charged $5 to add bacon.. other sandwich just as disappointing with incorrect order and sorry excuse of a sandwich. Zero stars if it was an option

Delicious variety of Bagels, Muffins, Bearclaws and more. Got the Taylor Ham (or is it Pork Roll?) Egg and Cheese on a toasted Cheddar Jalapeño bagel. Didn’t expect it to be spicy, but it was! There was a long line (which is usually a good sign) … but food was ready in less than 5 minutes. Worth the time. Highly recommend.
