My wife and I had been here when it was Bienvenue and decided to return for Valentines evening. We had a fantastic experience. The escargot was the best I’ve had and the Wagyu Ribeye was fantastic. The desserts were delectable as well. All paired with a great selection of wines… this place knows how to do fine dining. Very cool atmosphere/decor as well. Thank you!

Located in a nice area. The place itself is beautiful and simple. The tables are well spaced between each other. I had the pleasure that my server was the one making the cocktails so I had great recommendations.
The cocktails are well balance with a good flavor and innovative combinations.
The food was splending, the temperature was adequate and the platting was beautiful. The portion size was great! Allowed me to have the pate, the elk and a dessert. The food was very tasty with good flavors and well marinated.
Overall, one of my best experiences in NWA. Congrats to the team

The kind of restaurant that is a true five star. Unique menu selections using the basis of French cuisine, and in an approachable atmosphere, under what seems to be solid management based on the service level. White linen but dress code not required. DTSpringdale with easy access, parking, bike or walking. The sweet breads are something of a rare treat to find in American venues; and also lucky they are going to the trouble to provide excellent, fresh oysters.
This is one to enjoy the quality and relish in the relative diversity Bienvenue provides to the community! Lucky!! En piste!

Wanted to try something different and decided to try this place as it is open more or less late (until 10pm). It was already dark and initially couldn’t find the place.
Surprisingly it was almost empty! Hostess was pleasant and friendly. Didn’t have an issue when we asked to be reseated.
Food was good, onion soup though wasn’t quite my taste. All in all a good mix of French style with a Californian touch.
Good selection of beer and wine.

Solid because they gave me a fresh bouquet for my birthday . Other places give free cake which they didn’t but I couldn’t care less because I preferred the bouquet anyway! And ofc, delicious food … cozy ambiance … elevated menu etc

We had dinner here to celebrate a friends birthday and overall had a really nice experience. I would say 4.7 stars
Appetizers: deviled eggs, shallot tart, bread, and duck meat pies. All tasty , the eggs& meat pies were our favorites.
Entrees: My friend loved her beef Wellington, the sauce was especially delicious. My halibut was very disappointing. It was overcooked and the herb sauce was VERY salty.
Dessert: We had creme brûlée and coffee…perfect!
Service and atmosphere were great. There was also a sweet little bouquet on our table for my friend which was a nice touch. I have been here several times and this was the only time I had something that disappointed ,so I would recommend.

Four of us had a special evening greeted by welcoming staff. We all ordered appetizers. I enjoyed the onion soup. Fried red fish for my entree was delicious smothered in corn succotash, Brussels sprouts and a hint of chili oil flavor throughout! Excellent! I look forward to returning to Bistro 16 and celebrating a special event.

My wife and I got reservations for Sat night at 7. Our table was ready in time and our server was super pleasant (wish I had her name; she had short dark hair, bangs, and she had a cat broach on her tie, she was also working the bar) and took great care of us all evening. I had the onion soup to start and it was very rich and flavorful. My wife got the lobster dish and I had the rack of lamb. And we finished the meal off with a chocolate espresso eclair. So good! Highly recommend and will be back. Very nice wine and bourbon selections as well.

The BEST food in Arkansas- everything was exquisite and so well done. We came in late in a Monday and the server was so knowledgeable and attentive. I can’t speak highly enough of the food and flavor. I will miss this when I go back to Houston!

Bienvenue is truly a gem. My boyfriend made a reservation for us for dinner and when we got there, they had left a little bouquet and a card addressed to me with a little birthday greeting. The space was sweet and clean and beautiful- it felt like we were in a different place (Europe, I suppose). The staff were so kind and helpful. The food was out of this world and set beautifully on the plates. The dessert was killer. I felt so special for my birthday dinner and we feel so lucky to have a great dining experience like Bienvenue in Springdale.
