This was our last stop before leaving Destin and it was a good decision. Rain was pouring outside and the Tom Yum didn’t disappoint us. The duck was very crispy just the way we liked it. We were very satisfied with everything we ordered. The service was great, too. The staff frequently checks on us and the food came out timely.

The food seemed fine. I had the mixed veggie deluxe with chicken. The service was good. Quiet.
But. The following evening I experienced SEVERE chills like I never had before – a very weird feeling that scared me so much I rushed to the ER because I had like tremors and as if the room was closing in. They determined it was food poisoning. Had to be from here. I do NOT have health insurance and will not be able to pay this large ER bill!
I won’t eat here ever again. That sign at the counter. Do you refund for an expensive ER VISIT??!!
Took me a minute to figure out what made me sick. I remembered a time 30 years ago when I had the classic symptoms of food poisoning and it was the same time frame as this. Ate on Fri night-got sick on Sat night.

We got take out from Thai Basil twice during our Destin vacation and it was fantastic both times! We loved the chicken pad Thai, pork dumplings, pork egg rolls, and fried rangoons that we got between our two orders. Highly recommend and will definitely order from them again during our next trip!

On vacation a week in Destin, and sadly only discovered this gem on my last day. Wish I live closer and can get food there frequently. I ordered sticky rice, a papaya salad, Pad Thai, and the whole fish, Pla Tod Rad Prik. Every dish was done to perfection, bursting with flavors, and so delicious! My waitress was attentive and very friendly.

Must go place if you are visiting the Henderson state park! It has more options to choose comparing to other Thai restaurant in this area. Highly recommend the yellow curry fried rice, beef meatball noodle soup and the mango sticky rice.

Delicious Thai food! We went here for lunch at noon on a Saturday, and I’m really surprised that we were the only ones there. My husband had the crispy duck, and I had the duck curry. We were both really pleased with our orders. Both were so flavorful, very well prepared, and good sized portions. Our server, Phay, was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!
