She also had an air pod on so me and my wife had to repeat what topping we wanted over and over because she couldn’t hear us. We gave up on trying to get all the toppings we wanted so we missed out on some toppings.
They also didn’t have any dough ready? So it was a couple minute wait watching her make a dough (doesn’t seem efficient)
This was all happening while one person was waiting for their online order and one person was waiting in line behide us. All of it was just so awkward.
They had no music playing or any TV’s on and also had literally 5 drinks options despite having a bigger machine and a bubbler but everything was “out of stock”. Maybe they’re trying to save money on labor and food cost but that exact mind set is costing their customers. Never going back
I decided to give it a try and ordered a pepperoni pizza, requesting that it be made fresh in front of me. The friendly staff quickly got to work, rolling out the dough and adding the sauce and toppings right before my eyes. It was fascinating to watch the process and see the care and attention that went into every step.
Once my pizza was ready, I took a seat and took a bite. It was delicious – the crust was crispy and chewy, and the cheese and pepperoni were perfectly melted and flavorful. While the pizza was admittedly a bit small, it was still filling and satisfying.
As I ate, I couldn’t help but notice the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the shop. The staff members were all smiles, chatting with customers and making everyone feel at home. It was clear that this was a place where people came not just for the food, but for the experience.
As I finished my meal and prepared to leave, I felt grateful to have stumbled upon this hidden gem of a pizza shop. While it may not be the biggest or most well-known pizzeria in El Paso, it certainly holds its own when it comes to taste and quality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and unique pizza experience in the Horizon area.
It’s a shame because the pizza is good and the kids really like it. They’re always out of 1/2 their drink selection. This visit no Coke, Root Beer, Fruit Punch or Vitamin water. Seems to be the norm for business these days.
