The food is delicious. Though the customer service by their server Brisa is really bad, makes you feel likes she’s giving you the pizzas for free. Barely answers you and treats you like you garbage. I paid $27 and left there feeling very uncomfortable and uneasy on LABOR DAY!!! Worst part is I called her manager and said she would talk to her on WEDNESDAY, this bad service happened TODAY, I can’t believe it :/ . That’s how much the customers are cared for 🙁 but the pizza is yummy though ❤️

The other reviews have to be fake or not made in good faith because immediately you walk in and can tell this is not a well managed place. The only person working (brisa I think??) seemed more interested to be on her phone and even grabbing her phone in-between making our pizza using the same gloves.
She also had an air pod on so me and my wife had to repeat what topping we wanted over and over because she couldn’t hear us. We gave up on trying to get all the toppings we wanted so we missed out on some toppings.
They also didn’t have any dough ready? So it was a couple minute wait watching her make a dough (doesn’t seem efficient)
This was all happening while one person was waiting for their online order and one person was waiting in line behide us. All of it was just so awkward.
They had no music playing or any TV’s on and also had literally 5 drinks options despite having a bigger machine and a bubbler but everything was “out of stock”. Maybe they’re trying to save money on labor and food cost but that exact mind set is costing their customers. Never going back

This was my first visit to Pieology Pizzeria. I was very impressed with the level of service and taste of the pizza that I created. The crust was baked perfectly, not burned or undercooked. The ingredients were fresh and extremely delicious. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting. I will definitely be returning to try different ingredients on my pizza.

They didn’t receive my order online but they did charge me. I was told 15 minutes for my pizza and the wait was 30 minutes. I asked for NO oil and my whole pizza is covered in pure oil, will insert a picture.

The moment we walked in, the smell of fresh pizza was amazing and the restaurant was extremely clean ! My family and I were greeted warmly, and An employee, Brisa helped us since it was our first visit. She was so patient, kind, and handled the busy rush with ease. Our food came out quickly, tasted great, and was really good quality. Wonderful first experience, we’ll definitely be back!

Pretty good pie. They let you load the topping up pretty good. The staff were friendly and seemed happy working here. I grew up on Chicago pizza so its hard to give 5 stars so I give it a 4. About $10 for a pizza good size.

Service is horrible. The kids working here have no common sense and seem to have a hard time communicating (maybe I should’ve text them my issue)
It’s a shame because the pizza is good and the kids really like it. They’re always out of 1/2 their drink selection. This visit no Coke, Root Beer, Fruit Punch or Vitamin water. Seems to be the norm for business these days.
