Weird experience the moment I walk in. I order from wingstop often and order the same 15 pc meal for two almost everytime. This cashier/ worker is telling me I cannot get the meal I wanted bone in. As in I could only get it boneless, and I can’t get a drink or fries that are INCLUDED in the combo! Not sure what his problem was with me ordering what’s on their menu! Maybe he wanted to make me pay more for the same thing. This experience led me to walk right out and take myself to Buffalo Wild Wings. Thanks for making me drive all over for some simple wings.

This has happened at other locations as well, but this one in particular seems like they never double check orders at all. Make sure you double check the orders before they go out! One of the worst experience ever !!!!! I am pregnant and have been craving wings from here. I’ve always order from wing stop never a problem. Yet today worst experience. I order 6 bone-in and called to get it re done. The wings tasted like grease. Grease everywhere. There was no sauce to be seen but oil. I don’t know exactly where to begin… let me start by saying I love Wingstop and their wings FROM OTHER LOCATIONS. This place is absolutely horrible. There was one employee taking my order and starting to prepare it, he smelled like TERRIBLE body odor. The whole time i watched him he kept pulling his pants up basically sticking his thumb by his butt. While the other employee was outside smoking a cigarette. When the other employee was done smoking he returned to quickly finish my order, at which point I no longer wanted, while the other employee started to eat some wings. Not once did I see either of them wash their hands. Neither of them wearing proper attire rather in street clothes. Meanwhile, they have random friends walking in and out of the kitchen, backdoor and entrance. This place truly is disgusting.
