Stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the meal was. Our server also pulled us before we ordered to show us the eclipse outside which was a truly special moment to be able to see. Make sure to get the bread basket. The olive oil was unlike anything I had in Greece!

One of the best dining experiences of my life. Each dish was plated beautifully AND tasted even better than it looked (which is hard to do!). The dishes were creative new spins on traditional meals that left you wanting more and more. In addition, the wait staff were so friendly and professional and the environment could not be better. The infinity pool overlooking the sea as it reflected first the sunset then the stars and moon… nothing could beat it. I believe this is a new restaurant, so go give it a try while the lines aren’t out the door and you can’t bet a reservation for weeks! This place is amazing!
One of my favorite parts was the first course. They brought our three homemade bread sticks and then five different types of bread to which they then had three different olive oils to try and made this tomato caper appetizer right in front of you mixing in the olive oil of your liking. It was such an unreal experience. I will never forget it!

Overall our experience was incredible! I have no critiques whatsoever. The customer service was overall impeccable! We were asked with every dish what our initial thoughts were on the flavors. They were very generous with dishes and a few surprise extra plates showed up, which was greatly appreciated. The food was absolutely incredible! As a foodie the menu items exceeded my expectations and were a great fusion of fine dining and local Santorini/Greek cuisine. I highly recommend a table on the patio near the pool, the sunset view was stunning and romantic. Next time we are in Santorini we will definitely be returning!

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience. It was the best meal of our entire trip – and that is saying something!
The atmosphere was beautiful, right by the pool with an incredible view of the coastline and the sunset made it even more stunning.
The service was phenomenal – all the staff were very attentive, provided perfect recommendations, and could not have been nicer.
The food. While there was an extensive tasting menu, we opted to go a la carte as we were not that hungry. Little did we know the staff would provide us with 5 absolutely delicious amuse bouche bites – this was after the 3 different breads that were served. Then came our appetizer (carpaccio) and main courses (rooster and lamb). We had said we would skip dessert but so far every bite we had knocked it out of the park so we split a dessert that not surprisingly was also heavenly. Were we done? Nope. The staff then brought us a dessert tasting plate with several bite sized desserts to close out the meal.
HIGHLY recommend and would absolutely go back.

This is was a nice experience, the service was very attentive and friendly and the view lovely if you sit outside.
The food was interesting, they get lots of points for the concepts in the various courses. There are some things which are not listed as course so it ends up being quite a bit of food.
Giving it a 4 star rating for the execution (ie overcooked octopus and the petit fours weren’t my favourite) given the price, although the prices are just high in Santorini

What an incredible dining experience from start to finish!! A beautiful, romantic setting in front of their Infinity Pool overlooking the Caldera. From the breath taking views to the service we could not have asked for anymore. We decided to order a couple of their tasting apps along with two entrees and were we ever surprised!! Our what would be 3 course traditional meal turned into a 9 course tasting on the house. We were so blown away with this generosity and our taste buds certainly did not complain!
I cannot emphasize enough the creativity melded with flavor and presented exquisitely. Truly some of the best food we’ve had in our travels around the world. Also HIGHLY recommend their margarita, one of the best I’ve ever had – seriously…

Amazing experience at the restaurant, it’s actually difficult to sum it up since everything was so great !
The food was delicious and refined, by far the best we ate on the island
The view was subjugating: we had the pleasure to eat in front of their beautiful infinity pool while enjoying the view on the sea and the sky coloured by the many shades of the sunset
And last but not least, the service was excellent from the minute we arrived until the end. Vassilis and his team (Sofia and Katarina) were really pleasant and accommodating. He told us insightful and interesting information about the food and the ingredients while giving the best fun facts and recommendations !

Lovely restaurant with great attention to taste. Good combinations of salt and sweet in each dish. Loved the little tastes before the meals. Great intro to the skills of the chef. Staff were extremely nice. Lamb was cooked perfectly!
