All meals no fries. Every time I go they mess something up or forget something. Food prep is a mess every single time. Been here like 5 times since its opened and they can never get it right. Either missing food like this time or wrong order and it always takes close to 15 mins for a small family meal. This is the last time McDonalds robs me of my hard earned money, my time and my food.

racism. if I could give this location a 0 i would. I went to pick up an uber order when I witnessed a manager being racist towards a black male costumer. The customer gave us a number and name and asked other customers in the front if they could see if one of the bags on the shelf was his because he couldn’t see. it sure was his order when the manager who has red hair and looks like she’s in her 50s asks him for a receipt. mind you she didn’t ask anyone else for a receipt. and the customer said he didn’t have one because someone had placed the order for him. this was true because he was giving the name and order number before he even reached the shelf and could pretend to be someone else. the manager refused to give it to him until she eventually budged. after he left the manager told everyone that he had stolen the food which was not true. not only is this immensely unprofessional but incredibly racist. after he left she didn’t even ask any other customers for their receipt and everyone else there was white. won’t be supporting this location at all or mc donald’s if they don’t change this.

Talk about buyer beware! If they forget items you’ve already paid for, either be prepared to return back to the store or say goodbye to your money. Never dealt with such rude and incompetent staff. I’ve definitely had to get refunds before and have managed to do so over the phone or through the app. Not the case here. Definitely will not frequent a business prepared to just straight up steal from their customers…

Who manages this place you need to retrain EVERYONE at this location I’ve been here a few time and I can honestly say it is horrible I’ve made online orders and every single time I’ve had to wait over 20 Mins for my food ( i mean, honestly, how long do I have to wait for a burger?That’s already made) this was the first time no one is ever at the counter to help you. WHO manages this location seriously?! Every single time we go to this location, something is ALWAYS, ALWAYS, wrong! Be it missing items or no sauces. It never fails! We always have to go back for our missing food. Such waste of their customers time and money! This is supposed to be a convenient place to get food and it never turns out that way. If this location wasn’t right across the street from our home we would not take our business here. From the other reviews seems like this is an ongoing issue at this location. Do better McDonald’s!! Making mistakes is normal but this is so excessive!!

Always clean,food hot and good service. Only thing is if you need a refill. They can’t see or hear you from counter so I have waited a while most times for refill. They need bell or something to recognize customer at counter while they work back. Poor design.

They were doing good when they first opened our recent visits thru drive thru are good but when we get home our orders of fries are like they have a shortage on fries the large containers of fries are not even half way filled and the kids extra fries are really a lot less. Disappointed!!! My picture is exactly what I took out of my bag. Now I’m going to have to start check fries status when my bags are handled to me .

Food is good but service is not good. Every single time I’ve gone they get something in the order wrong. Whether it’s my coffee or no sauce or forgetting items in general or I have to get pulled to the second window or the parking lot. There has not been one time that I’ve gone that they don’t get something wrong. I also never do reviews but honestly it gets frustrating after a while. I hope they get it together soon.

This place has some of the worst service out of any McDonalds I’ve encountered. I ordered Breakfast through the app, arrived, and still had to wait about 25 minutes to get my order. I understand busy wait times, but at this point it seems like more of an organization issue.
