There were a couple cars ahead of me in the drive thru when I ordered and the girl who took my order was very nice. When I got to the window the girl never said anything just took my money and gave me the drink. I didn’t really think anything of it but usually they give you a total then take the money. Now the kicker was when she placed the bills in my hand to give me my change back then literally threw the change at me. Half went on the ground. I was so pissed because I did nothing to deserve that. I did just drive off and left the change on the ground. It may have been something else that angered her but why throw change at someone? I’ve worked in customer service so I understand how challenging it can be dealing with the public but this was crossing the line. I will never give my business to this Dunkin again.

Guy at the counter was not paying attention. He seemed nice and cool, but he not only messed up my order twice but the next guy as well. We both asked for no suger. He also added way too many cream. Waited forever for my sandwich, and I know why. It’s burnt. Bagel hard as a rock.

Everybody on their phones geez , walked in waited 20 min for just hash brown and sandwiches nothing else. Just noticed one of the best closer quit which I don’t blame her , store looks dirty and needs deep clean . Get that closer back as fast as u guys can even if u have to beg because that store is no good without her . Was a morning costumer went to afternoon because I liked her as yall employees but I guess now I have to go providence Dunkin , thanks lord I kept her number.

I was late for work this morni g and super hungry, I needed something quick, and stopped in this Dunkin for a muffin. There were none in the case, but the gentleman working behind the counter offered to check the back for me. After just a few moments, he came out and asked, “how about blueberry?” Perfect! I thanked him profusely, and his reply…”absolutely, It’s what I’m here to do!” Fantastic customer service! I wish I had caught his name, but I was in a hurry. Five stars for this encounter!

Wait is always very long no matter inside or at the drive through of if you order ahead or even the time of time. Order is usually wrong or missing something, and almost always burnt-and today it appeared the cream in my drink was spoiled. Don’t usually write reviews but this Dunkin has been consistently bad for years.

The drive thru lady talks over you, and then gets your order wrong. Let the customer finish ordering, before you interrupt. Use your listening ears. You guys were too busy to try to fix the order.

This is the closest Dunkin’ to my home. We frequent here everyday. I especially like Michelle, she’s great & straight to the point. I can count on her to make sure my stuff is made right.
But, I stopped in today and I don’t know what’s going on in there today but- I’ll let this photo speak for itself. Some sort of wet, sopping espresso powder. These sweatpants were almost $60.

Ordered a plain bagel and this is what I got…
Drink was perfect but just blown away by what this “bagel” is supposed to be. It’s about half the size of a normal bagel.

I wish I could give zero stars. Went today for a coffee and donut. They had absolutely NOTHING. They said they had variety of munchkins, okay I thought. Was disappointed again. They gave me chocolate and jelly. My iced coffee tasted like water with mint chocolate chip. I’ll stick to the Dunkin near my job. Very disappointed. Also, please get new employees the ones you have are rude.
