paid 4.99 for less than a half cup of soup. I didn’t even eat it because it sketched me out. Not saying this is the case but it almost looked like it was someone’s leftovers. If they were out of the soup then they should have waited and asked if we’d like a different soup when the order was picked up. So not cool.

Don’t go there expecting them to honor the free kids meal on weekends clearly posted from 3 pm to close on Sunday. Apparently the manager interprets that as only after 3 pm on Saturday or Sun as well. Seems silly to lose a customer over a $6 kids meal but that is false advertising and was the reason we chose them over two other good options available

The food was good.. I didn’t expect to be racially profiled though.. I don’t know how many sandwiches they make for people who didn’t already pay but I don’t appreciate her insinuating that I didn’t pay when I did. She should have checked with her employees .. she said it twice.

I placed a Potbelly order through DoorDash, and the driver picked it up… but never delivered it. No updates, no food, and no way to contact the driver. I was hungry and frustrated.

I decided to call the Potbelly location directly, and that’s when Kim stepped in. She was incredibly kind and understanding. Even though it wasn’t Potbelly’s fault, she remade my entire order and made sure it was perfect before sending it out again.

Kim completely turned a bad situation around with her amazing customer service. Thank you, Kim—you truly went above and beyond!

Then while waiting for my online order 10+ people came in one at a time and were served and have been being served at the counter without an online order. Ordered my food through the app. My food was delicious and the food was ready before the promised time. Went in to pickup I was immediately greeted by a young man and immediately given my order. The menu has a decent selection and fair pricing, at least this location. I will be returning as I live nearby and will refer friends when they are in the area.
