My partner and I stopped for breakfast on our way to memphis foe event and load and behold best service we’ve gotten in a while from our area. The food we ordered was fresh and delicious for fast food restaurant. There was a lady didn’t get her name however she was going around the dining room wiping tables and even brought me a drink when my partner and I usually share a drink. She even came back a second time while we were sitting and asked if we needed anything else. As we were placing our order she even told us if we got a platter and there was something we didn’t like we could substitute it for something that came on the plate. Very professional with us

Mrs Sabrina is always very nice and greets us with a smile. I’m a hard customer meaning i like things a certain way and she always makes sure my order is correct and makes sure to tell us new deals and everything with nice manners!!! we come here multiple times a week and enjoy it everytime!!! Went thru drive thru. Was told to hold. After 3 minutes I asked if he was ready to take my order. He seemed agitated so I drove off. Drove around an employee was hanging out of a car talking in the pick up area. Second time I’ve seen that. Service is getting worse every time I go there. No matter what they always make you pull forward and wait for your food.

One car in front of me in the drivethru! So they weren’t rushed. Placed my order with what I believe to be an employee that needed some lessons in how to take an order. She was very rude and unprofessional! Finally get our food ordered! 25 minutes later we get our food without our shakes! Get home and open our food to eat and there’s nothing added that we requested (bacon,cheese,ext)! Bacon-ranch fries have big strips of burnt bacon, and a 1 inch smear of ranch! Burgers were bad dry, like it sat in a warmer! Very disappointed. The first couple weeks were great! But I did spot a trend! Avoid eating there after 5pm on Friday and Saturdays! Lacks management in the evenings and especially weekends!

Service is steadily getting worse here which is sad. We went at noon today. Waited in line 22 minutes at the drive thru. We were the 3rd car in line. We ordered the sweet & spicy wings and fries and were told the wings would take 10 minutes. We drove away, mad and hungry, straight to McDonald’s and had our food in 4 minutes.

I wasn’t even acknowledged after standing at the cash register for 17 minutes and then a lady said we busy with drive thru we will be with you. Other people said they have been waiting 20 minutes already for there food.I will never come here again..Bad service the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant.

I was completely ignored by the whole staff, they was backed up and there was only 3 customers inside, there was workers just pacing and walking back and forth. It brought my energy down. They wasn’t polite. I was getting so angry inside. I kept my kool though. worst experience ever

30 minutes waiting for 2 milkshakes and a burger i ordered online. Multiple cars went through the drive through before we even got ours. Finally went in to get my food and saw 2 workers doing nothing up front and 1 in the back making food. Myself and 1 other customer were waiting on the milkshakes and they hadn’t even made them yet. And the lady at the counter had the audacity to get frustrated and cop attitude. WILL NOT BE BACK!! JACKS, DO BETTER AND GET BETTER EMPLOYEES!
