Bought my pizza online at 537pm showed up at 553pm. My pizza was still in the making process. When I got in-store I spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to even speak to me. I was just 2 large pizza and an order of garlic knots. Finally got my order at 630pm with no apologies and nothing offered for my wait.

Food was good, but it took 54 minutes for our order to be completed. it was an online order, when I arrived at the pick up-time I was told the on-line order had “just been received” and it would be about 15 minutes. It took 39 minutes and they gave me no updates, no apologies, nothing. They were very busy, lots of orders. I wouldn’t have minded the delay if they would have communicated and been just a tiny bit apologetic.

Ordered delivery on a Saturday night. That was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had from a major chain. I don’t usually order delivery because I feel the food isn’t as hot or fresh, but this pizza was so good, they must have left the store right when my pizza came out of the oven. This was the first time I’ve had Papa John’s in several years, and I already want to go back.

Last night I somehow set my order to carryout. Not sure how I did it bc I don’t drive. But I did. I never noticed till I called the store an hour later to check on my order. Once the girl who answered the phone let me know, her first response was, we are happy to remake this and send it out to you! What a relief that was. You just don’t get service like that anymore. I added a small tip for the driver and handed him cash when he got here. But I can’t thank the store enough for fixing my mistake and making this so easy!
