2nd time ordering delivery from this location and waited more than 1 hour for food when it was transferred over to uber. There was plenty of time for them to contact me in regards to the order delay and there is no way to contact Uber myself. I will inform all I can to avoid this shop moving forward.

I do delivery for DoorDash and uber eats. Twice I went to pick up an order for uber and the staff said the order was cancelled. I got there within 5 minutes I received the order on my phone.
After a little questioning they said in so many words they cancelled it so their in house driver could deliver it. This is very unprofessional you are wasting peoples time and money. I suspect this is why there are so many negative reviews on why it’s taking way too long to get to the customers there food. Please quit playing with the deliveries. This happens one more time I’ll decline every delivery from this location. Other drivers beware!!!! 50/50 chance your offer won’t be there or available…..

I usually get extremely good service. This is the first time I’ve came through and had to wait for my pickup. They told me to hold 1 minute at the drive thru, 4 minutes later without being communicated with since being told to hold, I pulled up to the actual window. The lady followed standard protocol and asked me who the order was for, she then proceeded to tell me that they only have two people on and they’re busy at the front. Instead of checking to see if I was the person, yeah, the he drives through to pick up my order. Since nobody else was there, they decided to leave me on hold. Do better

WORST RUN BUSINESS EVER!

Placed an order on the website for delivery 45 minutes ago. Still have not received my food. Called the store to find out what the problem was and they tell me that they don’t control their website and they don’t have a delivery driver. So my food says it’s been delivered but I don’t have it. And they will not refund my money. So I guess I need to call corporate and figure this out. The manager was so rude!! Which I assume is the reason this location has terrible reviews. I should have read them before ordering. Lesson learned. Do not waste your time on this location. You will be overcharged and not receive your food. And don’t you dare call to ask the status of your delivery unless you want to be spoken to like crap. If I could rate this location zero stars, I would! After this experience, I will never order from another Jimmy Johns again. Worst. Service. Ever.

THE FEEDBACK LINK IS NOT REAL! Jimmy John’s is a joke. Overpriced and low quality food. I don’t recommend. You can tell they’re only worried about profits and not good service.

Update three months after my original post. I frequent this place for lunch every week. The past three weeks the food has been subpar. Lettuce is Browning. The bread is either well done or under cooked. The staff is still nice. But the food is suffering for some reason.

The employees are great! Really fast and friendly. I get lunch almost every day here. Today the drive thru was stacked. As soon as I walked in to get my online order. The gentleman working the window ran straight to me with my pickup order. Great service!

Some blonde chick around the age of 18-35 with glasses had the WORST customer service skills I have EVER encountered. As Someone who manages a restaurant, Let me Tell you. I. Am. So. Dissatisfied. Food was worse than mediocre. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Went through drive thru, the girl taking the order kept saying “huh” when she was taking my order atleast 4 times, when I pulled up to the window both employees taking orders had headphones in. When I opened my sandwich it was wrong. I’ve never left a negative review. But employees having headphones in taking orders and giving them wrong food is dis respectful and a waste of time. Won’t be back at this location.

Note: Food rating is higher than overall rating… Pricing ruins the experience and the overall rating. If you stick with the original subs, you’ll have a decent sub at an average price. If you go with a specialty sub, you’ll have an above average sub that’s priced too high for what you get… Which is a sub, not a sit-down meal. The current $10 deal makes a nice lunch, I recommend that for price conscious people.

What separates Jimmy John’s from the rest is the bread.The bread makes the difference! Jimmy John’s is also fast (as advertised). I like their kettle chips too. Finally, I like the various sandwich sizes offered.
