This is the second time we’ve been here and the food has been delicious both times! The stand out for me are the Caesar salad, charred octopus and basically any pasta on the menu. We went with our two kids and they loved it too. The vibe is a little quiet b it that staff is very friendly. I Would recommend if you’re in the area.

Great dinner for our group of five, everyone was happy! Started with Charred Caesar salad, also had the Lemon Artichoke Fish, Fish Meuniere, and Lasagna. All very good! Fun looking out on the Marina. Also nice that they offered a gluten-free chocolate dessert. Lovely evening!

Beautiful setting for a lovely dinner. We had the burrata appetizer, it was creamy and delicious. Also, each of us had a Caesar salad two pieces of grilled romaine and warm croutons. I had the nerano spaghetti, dad had the fettuccini with asparagus and scallops, boyfriend had the ribeye, we also got the special which was spinach ricotta ravioli. Everything was well made and delicious. Our favorite was the ravioli special. We had a bottle L.A Cietto and it was a beautiful pairing with our food. For dessert we had the tiramisu and the caprese cake, the cake was divine and gluten free. We also had a tasting of the limoncello afterwards and was a good digestive after our meals. The chef introduced himself and was very welcoming and friendly, as was all of the staff. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic flavors, atmosphere and service. It was a little sad to know the original owner left but I was very impressed with how well things transitioned to the new owners. The flavor was absolutely amazing, the wine selection was fantastic n point and the extremely personalized service was simply delightful! I brought my American side of the family that have never been in San Carlos before and i felt so proud to take them to this restaurant and they are still talking about how wonderful experience it was going to San Carlos but mostly the food and wine from Altamarea. Thank you for the magnificent experience, we will be back soon!

Mi favorito en San Carlos! Food and service are always great. The setting is beautiful. I love going for dinner to watch boats come in the and the sun set. They have a great wine selection as well. We always take our American friends when they come to visit and we have never been disappointed. I haven’t tried it yet, but I’ve heard the gluten free chocolate cake is unforgettable. Next time!

Came for cocktails on a hot day. Great service, very nice location and atmosphere. We didn’t eat, but portions coming out were huge and everyone there seemed to love the food.
