I understand fast food is a great start dope teenagers to get into the work force and to learn responsibility but every single time I go to DQ in Rolla, there are only ever 3-5 young kids working. I think one adult should atleast be on per shift. When something happens or a question is asked or something, they all just look at each other and shrug their shoulders clueless.

I sat in the line for 52 minutes waiting for my food. To be asked what I was waiting for? I told I have not recieved my order they told me they gave it to me already when they clearly told me to move to the next window. That person told me they gave my food to another car and tried to apologize but sitting in line for 51 minutes for chicken strips and fries is crazy to me DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THRU THE DRIVE THRU. no customer service.

ordered a backyard bacon burger and it came with no bbq sauce or bacon and the smallest amount of ranch ever. took a bite and the burger was cold, not warm, cold. got fries less then half of a regular size and cheese curds are $9 for Large which is just outrageous

Too many mistakes with the food! Not to mention you order 6 piece chicken strip and you might get 4 plus a couple of popcorn chicken size! Missing BBQ half the time on the honey BBQ strips, th e fries portion seems to have shrunk quite a bit now too. Extremely cheap with the ice cream in blizzards! Not real great anymore!

❗️ DONT RECOMMEND❗️i went though drive thru only 3 cars in front of me didn’t think it was going to take long until 50 minutes later i finally got to the second window for my food… i sat at the second window for an additional 20 minutes i pulled around to see what was taking forever i only ordered 2 things and everyone behind me was getting there food they said they gave my food out already.

Waited 55 minutes in the drive thru for 2 cheeseburgers, a blizzard, and a kids meal. All food was cold, minus the blizzard. Received an attitude from multiple employees when I inquired why it took so long and after politely asking for it all to be remade. Couldn’t be more disgusted with my first and last visit to this store. As seen in the photo, they’re not very clean either.
Save the apology, DQ relations, and simply refund my transaction. This store is an absolute embarrassment to the DQ name.

If I could give less stars, I would. I’ve worked in the fast food industry for years and never treated customers like I was treated. No acknowledgement at drive thru, took 30 min to get through drive thru, shorted us utensils and when we went in to get them, no atraws in the dispensary, no acknowledgement and made us wait in the long line before we got to the front of the line, didn’t mix our shakes or blizzards, and the hot fudge in the peanut parfait has no flavor? 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Could possibly be the WORST DQ in the country.

Ordered a chicken strip basket & was extremely disappointed. The toast was stale. The fries were soggy as well as cold. They forgot my ranch, so I went back in & was given my ranch only to get back to my car to start eating what tasted like sour milk. Immediately threw out the rest of the food & was too hesitant to try the chicken as everything else I had taken a bite of was old/expired.

The lobby of the place was also closed. I’m not sure why that was.
And the parking lot was full of potholes.
