Probably the skimpiest sandwich I’ve ever been given from subway. Both me and my sister ordered the 6” Chicken bacon ranch, and were given a half a piece of bacon on each sandwich. Barely any chicken, had to ask multiple times for more toppings as the employee would put the least amount they could. Definitely recommend going to a different location.

They’re definitely going out of business soon. I haven’t had subways in over a year and wanted to grab some today. What happened to the size of their bread???? They made my sandwich on what looks like a bread sticks lol. It’s so tiny and cost more now hahaha I’m never going to subways ever again. Taste was not as good as before

Please, managers, pay attention to this incredibly rude woman; she treats customers who frequently come to eat very poorly. The food is good, but the service is terrible. I see in the comments that I’m not the only one with a bad experience. I’m sure the mistreatment is coming from the same person.

My experience here was great! The food was spot on, the store looked very clean, and the workers were really nice to me. I believe the young lady named Isabell was very nice to me, helped me with the options I had for my sandwich and helped me find ingredients that I couldn’t remember. My experience here was great altogether and the workers here really thrive here. Highly suggest coming back!

I usually like Subway, but this location really needs attention from corporate. There’s typically only one person working the entire store — taking orders, making sandwiches, running the register, cleaning, everything. Every time I’ve gone, it’s been a 20+ minute wait for a single sub, which is unbelievable for a fast-food chain.
To be clear, this isn’t the worker’s fault. The staff I’ve seen are doing their absolute best under impossible conditions. The issue is understaffing and exploitation — corporate is cutting labor costs at the expense of both customers and employees.
If Subway wants to keep its reputation, they need to support their workers and properly staff their stores. People shouldn’t have to wait this long, and employees shouldn’t be left to fend for themselves.

Customer service was so rude. I placed on online order and when I went to pick it up they had given me the wrong drink so I had said I was gonna grab the right one and she insisted on arguing saying no I needed to pay more money. I pulled up my online order and showed her what I ordered and told me to just grab it but next time I need to pay $.50 for the difference . She just had a nasty attitude from the start and seeing all the reviews this obviously isn’t the first time

The employee was unprofessional and seemed to have difficulty understanding my order. They forgot to add cheese and changed the bread without informing me. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Terrible. I haven’t had subway in 10 years. I KNEW I should have spent my $30 on Publix subs, but decided to give them a try. I wish zero stars was an option. I ate here 2 days ago and remember asking my daughter, “why are they putting toppings on the bread when they haven’t put the meat on?” I bought 2 and a half subs, and my foot long had a chicken nugget cut into fourths worth of meat on it. Don’t waste your money.

They really don’t want your business. Walmart should have them removed. The Subway at the Land Of Lakes Walmart has FAR better service & management. I see a nail salon in the near future! Btw, this photo was taken OVER an HOUR before closing & this is a daily thing.
