First i called and the woman told me that they do participate in the buy one footlong get any footlong free and when i got there she tried to tell me it was only certain sandwiches these subways are trying to cut corners to avoid upholding company policies.

I ended up at the location at five forks because Lawrenceville hwy and Bethesda didn’t have tuna!!
But the location I ended up at is definitely my new spot. The people there are great! Clean store and friendly vibes!

I just used a coupon buy one get one for $12.99. I came in and gave them a $20.00 bill. She gives me 5.25 back. Had the nerve to short change me. Very greedy with their portions of food . And still charged me for eating in when I clearly purchased food to go. Never again.

THIS LOCATION IS GARBAGE.
First the employee has an attitude when I asked for a sandwich and extra topics even though I willing to pay extra. While the checking out I could see the employee go in the back talk in an indian language with another person and then point at me then laugh. After that when I when to eat the sandwich had plastic melted in my toasted sandwich. When I called in to the location I could hear the phone picked up and then after I told them my issue they hanged up. I called 3 times and this happened 3 times. The employee that made my sandwich seemed to be a manger or owner. These type of disrespectful people should not have authority like this.

I keep trying to order a sandwich from you guys on Uber Eats, but it always says this location is unavailable. It’s listed in the app, but the restaurant is not accepting orders. Maybe your location is so busy that you don’t want to sell any more sandwiches, but I always have to order from somewhere else. I hope the franchise owner sees this, because I think it might be a mistake and they don’t realize that they have their Uber orders turned off, or however that works. I live right down the street and always get tied to the location on Lawrenceville Hwy. I tried calling to let the restaurant staff know, but nobody answered. People seem friendly when I go into the store, though.
