I serendipitously found the most charming lil’ place in Dutchess County! My lovely wife and I were the first to arrive this past Thursday. Abbi, our lovely server, was amazing ! She not only saw to our every single need, she deftly answered the phones and took care of the entire room when things started to pick up. I was sincerely impressed! We started off with two “Tropical Sunrise Iced Teas” The first sip of this “magic concoction” instantly made my tastebuds dance the Watusi! “Umami” immediately comes to mind…A layered casade of lemonade , lychee jelly and dragonfruit syrup washed over my palate…flavors I’d never imagined, delighted my senses. Each sip was a delightful experience. Next, the pizza. Who doesn’t love a perfectly crafted pizza…fresh from the oven…the pizza arrived with tendrils of steam wafting up through the air. My first bite of “this little slice of heaven” was everything I love in a good pizza…thin and crisp crust, deeply flavorful sauce..fresh mozzarella, sausage and mushrooms…it was pizza perfection. For dessert, we had the Junior’s Cheesecake with cherries…sumptuously decadent…there’s always room for cheesecake! Overall, the ambience was lovely. We felt like we not only had an amazing meal, we made friends and found our new favorite spot! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️/❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Sushi and pizza would normally be something you’d run away quickly from – but this is a different story entirely. How do they manage perfect wood fired pizzas and top notch creative sushi rolls?? It shouldn’t work but it does. Great beer selection, small seating area, and it all works.

I first had the food via takeout last year at the curbside kitchen, but I REALLY wanted to come back with my friend who lives around the area to sit-down and eat it, and I’m SO HAPPY the dine-in spot is a cute but small bar space. They have the food options from the kitchen 4pm-9pm, and serve beer, wine, and cocktails which are all at great prices and very creative. I was simple with what I ordered since I’ve had the food before, but even though it was a one-woman show as far as waiting and making drinks, everything came out in a timely fashion and amazing quality! It’s definitely worth the trip especially since I live in Westchester and a vegan on top of that.

The first time I ate here perfection. The second time I ordered take out and ordered the exact same thing I ordered the first time, the PESTO kale Caesar salad but to go. The order was wrong so the bartender was able to take it back and I waited for it to be fixed. Then when the second salad came, it was still incorrect it was just the regular kale Caesar salad. I told her again it was wrong and she said it was not there is only one kale Caesar (the menu online and in person clearly has both options.). Food is good but I wish she would have brought the correct salad I ordered 🙁
