Ate here for the first time yesterday for a late lunch and it was amazing. We had the chiles rellenos as an appetizer, the fish chicharrones and the camarones momia. Everything was delicious. We also had amazing service with Johan as our server. If you go, and I highly recommend that you do ask for him.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Los Salseados
Los Salseados is hands down one of the best spots for truly authentic Sinaloa cuisine. Everything they serve tastes incredibly fresh, and you can tell the ingredients are prepared with real care and tradition. The flavors are bold, vibrant, and exactly what Sinaloan food should be.
The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service matches the quality of the food—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Whether you’re craving classic dishes or exploring something new, Los Salseados delivers a genuine taste of Sinaloa that’s hard to find anywhere else.
If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful, and authentic Sinaloa cuisine, Los Salseados is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Had an incredible lunch at Los Salseados in McAllen, TX! The scallops and abulon botana were out of this world, reminding us of our Sonora-style seafood. The chiles güeritos stuffed with shrimp and octopus? A must-try! Plus, the chilled “ballena” oversized beer served in an ice bucket is an absolute game-changer, especially with those frozen mugs! This is our new family spot!
Friendly staff makes it easier to return, our waiter Roman was the best!
Just a note: the music could be a bit softer on the volume end , to ensure you’re accommodating all ages.

Honestly, hands down, the food was phenomenal! I got the “pulpo zaranseado” might be the name, or similar in name. It was so far the best pulpo I have had, ever. Amazing flavor, something different from what I’m accustomed too, but I’m happy that I tried something different and my Lord, it was delicious. I believe the owner showed up to my table and began explaining the dish, ingredients, and origins. He was very charismatic and gracious. He offer to explain more dishes next time I would come to the restaurant. Honestly, this is the hospitality I needed. I was recommended this place by one of my peers, and he was 100 percent right about how good it is. Support your local business because this gems need to be recognized

Went to this restaurant after church because Lubys was too packed. We were in for a pleasant surprise! My husband ordered the boiled shrimp tostada which he was able to make into two and I ordered the garlic butter, shrimp with crab salad, and rice and an extra side of fries for my toddler. My toddler and I were dancing the entire time we were eating because it was that delicious! Overall rating: Five out of five stars highly recommend valley!!! This place won’t disappoint!

Great place for seafood. Agua chile with tostidos was great, full of flavor. Fried fish as per my friend was perfect. The gobernador taco was good but pricey. The momia shrimps hit the spot bit the rice was undercooked. The big downside was the shrimp cocktail. They do make it sonaloa style with cucumber and a bit water down. I was not a fan of it. I thought it was pretty bland, and it wasn’t appetizing. They did remake it to a more traditional shrimp cocktail, but they still missed the mark. No bueno on that.

*Update* I recently tried the momia shrimp sarandeado and these were amazing, super delicious and full of flavor, I highly recommend it.
The food and service here is excellent, I personally tried the tacos gobernador and they are pretty good but I noticed they didn’t have much filling, a little bit more shrimp and poblano peppers would elevate this dish. The sauce they come with is pretty tasty.
While you wait they prepare from scratch in front of you their molcajete salsa and give you cups of fish soup.
Overall I would highly recommend this place for their food and I do see myself returning.

I don’t leave reviews ever but this place is worth your time. My family and I are from Veracruz so it’s very difficult to be impressed by seafood, since we eat it all the time. But this place has the best seafood dishes I’ve had in the valley. My pictures are not the best since I wasn’t planning on making a review but everything was cooked so well and has so much flavor that I decided to! We ordered tuna carpaccio, grilled head on shrimp which we ended up getting a second order of! My favorite thing in the whole menu! We also got grilled octopus, tostada de callo, even the fried shrimp plate my mom got was lightly breaded and tasted great. My new favorite place thank you guys! And our service was 10/10

So far, the best mariscos restaurant in the area. Their service is top notch with table side chitlepin salsa made as soon as you sit down. Bar tender was awesome and very knowledgeable. Their food is about the most authentic sinaloense food. Their micheladas are the best I’ve had in this area.
