This is a classic situation of people with bad experiences jump to leave a bad review. But the THOUSANDS of people that eat here with a great experience simply go home, and don’t think twice to leave a review. I love chipotle, I have had so many awful experiences at so many locations I was worried to give this secluded chiptole a try. This is hands down the best chiptole I have ever eaten at. If it wasn’t for this location chiptole would be a wrap for me. ALL the employees are running around CONSTANTLY working to death. They have a fantastic friendly attitude even dealing with hangry people all day. They keep the food ready, something I always had trouble with elsewhere. When I want a protein, a side, it’s either there, or coming out any second. Ignore all the bad reviews. People aren’t perfect, and some people are hard to please. Give this place a try, the employees are what makes this place shine.

The workers are nice, but this is ridiculous. I’m never eating here again. I’ll stick to the one on Mentor Avenue. I understand this place is still new, but that’s no excuse to be out of ingredients all the time and the disgusting atmosphere I walked into. I was d*mn near scared to taste my food. They were out of lettuce so I had to settle for my bowl without lettuce. The salsa in the bins had frozen ice around them! The workers are still scrambling as if they don’t know certain things, it makes you nervous to even taste the food. Then when I opened my bowl the chicken was not cut up whatsoever. Overall a disgusting experience. I’ve eaten there 3 times and they say 3 is a charm, not in this case. Never again.

The parking is spacious, and not cramped, which was a concern. The drive thru looks great. The restaurant is clean, the employees were friendly & welcoming, everything looked fresh and organized. They have a decent amount of seating, but not meant to seat that many people. The walk in area is so organized, but could get cramped during busier hours.
The burrito I got was delicious! Compared the the Mentor Ave Chipotle, there is no question. The steak was fresh, delicious & full of flavor.

This is consistently the best Chipotle around! The lines are never long, they move quick, and the food is always fresh. I usually order for pick up and my order is correct a good 99% of the time. When it’s wrong, they happily correct it for me. I was so happy when they built this as it’s so close to my house and I will continue to go there whenever I crave Chipotle. Thanks guys!!!!

Ordered my food, two bowls and a large queso. Everything was so cold it felt like it just got taken out of the fridge. This is the second time I’ve had this happen here and refuse to go back to this nearest chipotle. My wife couldn’t even finish her bowl. Nobody seems to care about what gets served to the people in their community. Will not get chipotle from anywhere especially here.

I’d give no stars if I could. My carne asada was full of cartilage, disgusting. It was also cold, not even warm. I asked for a little bit of guacamole and got 2 big heaping spoonfuls Disappointing experience overall, the only good thing is that their soda was carbonated I can see why their dining area was EMPTY.

Bought 1 burrito and 1 chicken bowl…chicken uncooked and red and pink . On top of bowl! Could have got very sick! Thanks chipotle this is a new mess up. Will not be returning to any chipotle. If I want Mexican, I will go to sit down restaurants . 640pm pick up, Nov 4.

Bro. I got a burrito here the other day and the dude was about to sneeze while making it and held his nose with the gloves on then without changing gloves proceeded to make the burrito.
I mean what are you doing that kind of situation yeah hold your nose. But you got to put different gloves on or wash your hands or throw out the burrito you currently are making. Instead I paid for the burrito and then threw it out. Cuz I couldn’t get it out of my head that he sneezed into his hands and then folded my burrito.
