We stopped by for lunch at Jack Ruby’s on a whim, and honestly I’m so pleasantly surprised! When we walked in, we were told to sit ourselves, and we were helped within the minute we sat down. The service was really great, and they made sure we had everything we needed to be able to enjoy our meals and then some! The beer is ICE COLD and comes out in a frosted gauntlet. The Bacon Mushroom burger and the Texican burger were both so flavorful and juicy. Cooked to absolute perfection. The crinkle cut fries were crispy and soft, everything you want from a crinkle cut. Now, if you are offered the carousel of Dhablo hot sauces, you have to try every single one. There is something so special about these sauces. They have so much flavor than just “hot” and every one has such an interesting depth that really is missing in most hot sauces. You can tell that they are made with love and passion and a deep care for the ingredients. They’re made in house— and it shows! Definitely worth the taste, and I give my best compliments to the Chocolate Habanero Cherry with a runner up award going to the green Mystery Flavor (Pecan Smoked Jalapeno & Pear). They also do live music so that’s always a win. 10/10 recommendation for EVERYTHING.

Absolutely amazing experience! The manager Aaron was so kind and gracious, and they had the best drink prices in all of downtown. Food was FAR beyond what you’d expect from bar food. Probably the best burger I’d ever had. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

David is the best bartender ever! He was funny and made a custom Valentine cocktail for me. Twice! The live music on Friday and Saturday nights was fantastic! And the chili cheeseburger was delicious. What a great place.

Wow, wow, wow!! This is my new favorite spot in all of Dallas. Live music is a huge plus. Super friendly staff. But it’s the food that makes this place special. I’m going to confidently say it they have some of the best Chicken Wings in not only Dallas but all of Texas. The BBQ as well as the Salt N Vinegar wings are out of this World!!! The Texas Hot dog is also outstanding they use a Hummel brand hot dog from Connecticut and it’s the best of the best. Overall an outstanding establishment and can’t wait to make it back. Already craving the wings and I ate them two days in a row! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful experience at Jack Ruby’s. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The chef is extremely talented and our food was out of this world delicious! We had the Texas burger and chef’s special, a poboy. Everything from the drinks, food, and atmosphere are handled with great detail and care. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect after or before visiting the nearby museums and aquarium. Jack Ruby’s Saloon is truly a Dallas gem!
