I got food poisoning.
I couldn’t sleep and ended up throwing up.
I’ve spent all day running back to the toilet.
I got the food late and I don’t think they cycle the food, instead just leave it out the whole day.
I chose this because of the many good reviews, I assume it’s good if you’re early but I can’t risk it I feel terrible.
The staff were friendly and it’s a great location.

Proper seaside fish bar.
Oysters were great and cockles always good. It’s a go-to when in Margate.

Every time I come to Margate I have to pop by and grab some seafood.I always enjoy the selection of food they have. The prices are reasonable and sizes not too bad. The staff are friendly. Always helps when the weather is good so you can sit on the benches and enjoy the food.

One of my favourite seafood place in Margate. Nice little food stand with good variation of seafood options, fresh and cheap, you can grab and go, and just have your seafood at the seaside overlooking the sea. Will visit again without hesitation!
£1 per oyster btw!

I think the owner, salt of the earth type lady, thought I was a bit simple when I asked how one eats her food. I’m no seafood connoisseur but my kids like it and I was telling them how grandad used to sprinkle on plenty of vinegar and use a pin or toothpick to get the seafood out, so I asked my question with that in mind and the server looked at me, as I say like I’m a bit simple and said ‘you put it in your mouth and chew’, very funny and made my teen boys rather amused.
Anyways I don’t think that kind of thing was on offer and everything was a kinda just use a fork fayre, I can’t stand this kinda food so I only let my kids have one thing between them (thinking they wouldn’t like it) and they absolutely loved it, anchovies in garlic oil (£4 a small tub), I wish I’d let them have one each now or one of the other items as it was one of the highlights of their Margate/Broadstairs visit. But it was raining so we moved on, we returned Monday and it was closed so that was it for them.
