This wing and burger factory was a very exquisite experience. The food was quite delectable, the restaurant was pristine, and the service was astounding. The cashier, Liliana Noelle Schein, was a bright light in the dark January evening. Her breathtaking mood brought joy to my heart, and her knowledge of the menu was awe inspiring. Overall, I would have to recommend this Wing and Burger Factory location. What seems like a humble franchise opens up to a road trip for your taste buds.

I always enjoy this place is a bit on the pricey side but many places are now days. We enjoy the house special fried rice which we order a large and it feeds all 4 of us. The onion rings are good and the order has a decent amount for the price more then other places I’ve order from. We also order wings and ask for them extra crispy pretty good wish they had mango habanero as one of the wing flavors. Customer service is great very friendly and they never give you problems when you ask for extra ranch or other sauce.

I come here regularly… order the same things for my kids — 1 pizza next door and 2 orders of fried pickles from this place.
I understand stress, and things happen, but I’m very disappointed in this presentation. Needlessly to say, you will likely be losing a valuable customer.
I don’t even want to have my order cooked again because it will be cooked by the same person in the back kitchen.

First time here WNB factory Hamilton Mill and experience was amazing. Store was super clean and employees were very well mannered. I tried many WNB spot and I would say this spot gave me the best experience. Fries were crunchy and wings had a great flavor, they were fresh! Oh and lastly staff were quick to sanitize and cean as the customers leave. I will definitely come visit again!

Was craving wings or burgers and happen to drive through Publix and saw this place. Was an hour before closing so fiancé and I ordered to go. The chickens have so many flavors to pick from. We tried the honey mild, dry rub Jamaican jerk, and garlic Parmesan for now but we want to try more of the other flavors. And try out a burger.

If I’m paying near 4 dollars for a small order of fries, I expect it to be packed in a somewhat presentable manner. What I got was a broken, melted styrofoam mess, which not only looks bad but is a health risk. This can be alleviated with either alternative packaging or better paper wrapping. Do better.
