I’m basically a regular coming in for my lunch & they aren’t stingy! they make sure they serve what they would serve themselves unlike Fry Rd. Not to sound like a big back but This location i’ve seen multiple times will look at how much they serve you and make that head tilt like “mmm a little more” Sometimes i don’t even get a lunch & i just need a quick in- n-out; they’re so fast i never consider putting in a to go order. KEEP IT UP!!
They just wanted to argue and it wasn’t worth my time. Unfortunately that’s the last time I’ll be going. The food was good and convenient, but I don’t deal in dishonesty.
The two young women working the front line were visibly irritated from the start. When my bowl was being made, the chicken portion wasn’t even close to a full scoop it barely covered the spoon. As a former Chipotle manager, I know exactly what standard portioning looks like, and this was not it.
When I politely asked for the scoop to reflect the correct portion, one of the employees began talking under her breath and responding with attitude instead of simply fixing the mistake. That behavior is unprofessional and completely unacceptable in a customer facing role.
If the issue is training, it needs to be addressed. If it’s attitude, that needs to be addressed even more. Customers should not feel like they’re inconveniencing staff by asking for standard portions.
Extremely disappointing
I don’t know if the bathroom code changes daily but it sure isn’t on the bottom of your receipt. 4672# on 3/10/25. I know Chipotle isn’t hurting for money so it’s really offensive that they have the bathrooms so restricted. And then once you use the restroom they have the faucet to wash your hands locked down to barely a trickle of water coming out so good luck getting soap off your hands, it took me forever.
