I LOVE THIS CHIPOTLE!
I’m basically a regular coming in for my lunch & they aren’t stingy! they make sure they serve what they would serve themselves unlike Fry Rd. Not to sound like a big back but This location i’ve seen multiple times will look at how much they serve you and make that head tilt like “mmm a little more” Sometimes i don’t even get a lunch & i just need a quick in- n-out; they’re so fast i never consider putting in a to go order. KEEP IT UP!!

I come to this chipotle fairly often. I ordered a salad and I added white queso. They charged for guacamole and when I asked if it was the same price, they lied and told me it was the same. I went and confirmed on the app that guacamole and white queso are not the same price.
They just wanted to argue and it wasn’t worth my time. Unfortunately that’s the last time I’ll be going. The food was good and convenient, but I don’t deal in dishonesty.

I come regularly, I mean 4 times a month or more. Lately the portions are dramatic scoops of mushy rice that taste horrible. The meat I kid you not I counted 8 baby pieces not even the size of chicken nuggets. The green sauce is horrid. 1/10

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle.
The two young women working the front line were visibly irritated from the start. When my bowl was being made, the chicken portion wasn’t even close to a full scoop it barely covered the spoon. As a former Chipotle manager, I know exactly what standard portioning looks like, and this was not it.
When I politely asked for the scoop to reflect the correct portion, one of the employees began talking under her breath and responding with attitude instead of simply fixing the mistake. That behavior is unprofessional and completely unacceptable in a customer facing role.
If the issue is training, it needs to be addressed. If it’s attitude, that needs to be addressed even more. Customers should not feel like they’re inconveniencing staff by asking for standard portions.

I watched the server make several orders before mine. The meat chicken and steak was piled on but when making mine, each bowl had like half a scoop of meat. I asked for a little extra and was told that she couldn’t give me extra, I said if I’m paying for it you can, she insisted that she couldn’t…In the past I’ve asked for extra and was charged for it which was not a problem but tonight the girl insisted that she couldn’t give me extra….I spoke to the manager about it and she was very unconcerned…

I went against my best judgment and decided to give Chipotle another go! This location is new and I’ve been here twice before with no complaints. It’s average at best food and service wise but this time I can tell that both service and the food quality are trending downward, unfortunately! They literally police the serving sizes with I guess the person who was the manager standing at the counter along with the workers overseeing everything! The food is barely average and the portion sizes are criminal at best! The place has a weird design layout and it’s giving weird vibes overall! I more than likely want be back unless I get a really good reward! There’s definitely better spots out there!

I always order double meat and it is very annoying when they give you single meat portions and charge you double.
I don’t know if the bathroom code changes daily but it sure isn’t on the bottom of your receipt. 4672# on 3/10/25. I know Chipotle isn’t hurting for money so it’s really offensive that they have the bathrooms so restricted. And then once you use the restroom they have the faucet to wash your hands locked down to barely a trickle of water coming out so good luck getting soap off your hands, it took me forever.

I love Chipotle, but I dont know what it is about this location, the management needs some fine-tuning to its staff. This is the rudest staff I have seen at any Chipotle (besides one girl there is really nice). Every time I go in there ,its almost like its a problem that I want food . Thats is not how I should feel walking into a place that serves the public. Food is good, service is terrible but once that is fixed it’ll be great having this Chipotle in the neighborhood.

To the food servers. Please permit the customer to finish their sentence before saying “what else.” Second, the customer should not have to ask for an appropriate amount of food. Since, I live in the area, I will give the location another try. I respectfully request that management hold a customer service training for staff.
