The WORSTTTTTT CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. We ordered a sandwich and this lady was servicing us. Her name was Parmit. She doesn’t know how to talk she doesn’t have no practice!
She was standing at the counter shouting and lying and told us we don’t customize an order. Then later blamed us saying we are lying. Hope that the management takes actions because this not acceptable. There is zero management.

Worst experience i have ever had at a subway ever. I came in to get food for me and my family and tried to use a coupon. The man making my sandwich said ok and began making my sandwich after showing him the coupons ahead time. The whole time he was making my sandwiches he was slamming each and every item on my sandwich in what seemed like anger at the fact im even ordering, I ignore it and try small talk to get through when he is done and we are ringing up a lady comes up takes my coupon and tries to tell me I already used the coupon (paper btw) when I hadn’t even paid yet, then begain arguing with me over 2 separate coupons I tried to use. She then tried to force me to pay while not allowing my payment option. I then tried to deescalate the situation by just having her remove the sandwich they wouldn’t take, she then for extremely disrespectful saying “Well im not gonna pay for it” and continue to disrespect me. I tried to leave after saying ill go to a different location and the for 5 minutes she refused to give me my coupon back until finally after I was gonna walk out she finally accepted it for no reason just to take my money. She then tried to disrespect my grandmother with sly remarks for the coupon not working. Beyond dissatisfied with my service and will not be supporting subway again

Very very pathetic experience the lady (Parmit) was very unprofessional shouting from the counter. Rude staff and not a good listener. She said they dt customize the order then we starting eating she requested to change why can’t that be done in the beginning when we requested we dt eat that sauce
Does not know how to talk to customers
Hopefully the management teach the staffs about customer service and importance of a customer

I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to Manjinder Kang. From the moment I walked in, he was very professional and welcoming. He took the time to make sure everything was clean and handled my food with great care, which really gave me confidence in both the hygiene and quality of my meal. It’s rare to come across someone who works with such honesty and dedication, and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. His positive attitude not only made my day happier but also made me feel safe and valued as a customer. I truly appreciate his hard work and professionalism, Subway is lucky to have him on their team.

I went there to grab lunch, and the guy was rude, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. It is unprofessional for someone to have an attitude for no reason. This will definitely be the last time I ever stop by there. No one ever orders food with a side of rude!

The manager that is there almost every day is an incredibly rude person. Doesn’t care about orders being made incorrectly. Acts like he’s doing you a favor by letting you come into his shop. Try’s to challenge the use of discount codes. Prices also higher than other subways nearby. I would avoid at all costs.
