I tried this spot for the first time two weeks ago and have already been back several times since—I’m hooked! The shakes are amazing, and the protein cookies are truly the best I’ve ever had. Not only is the food delicious and macro-friendly, but the owners are also kind, personable, and professional. The welcoming atmosphere makes every visit enjoyable, and I’m already looking forward to my next shake and cookie!

This is my second five star review of the month. If you know anything about my reviews, you know that I’m pretty strict with how I review my food choices. Was going by this place at 6:30 AM and greeted with a very kind and happy person.The manager or owner was super friendly with me, explained everything to me and even gave me a few toppings on the house because it was my first time. I got an açai bowl that knocked my socks off. It was full of great granola and seeds and peanut butter. I couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast. And top it all off. They had great strong coffee. I’m super happy with the experience I had at blend healthy spot. I will definitely highly recommend this to anyone that’s looking for a great healthy alternative for breakfast.

Stopped by to get an açaí bowl for my son and had a great experience. Owners were really friendly and courteous. We felt very welcomed. Acai bowl portion was big and the quality was great. We can’t wait to stop by again. Highly recommend Blend.

Located in Southington, CT, right off the highway. Had the pleasure of meeting the owners Carlos and his lovely wife Melissa. They have a comfy waiting area where you can sit and play a game of tic tac toe as you wait for your treat. They also have an area where you can sit and enjoy your treat also.
I ended up getting a fruit bowl that consists of blueberry, strawberry, kiwi, granola, going berries, toasted coconuts, hemp seeds, and Nutella It was delicious. The bowl was also bigger than I was used to, which was a huge plus.
The store is conveniently located by I-84, Stop n Shop, gas station, restaurants, and more. There is ample parking, either in front of the store or next door. It’s handicap accessible as there is one level. Overall, it was a great experience and will go back in the future.

I am absolutely kicking myself for not trying this place sooner because it is INCREDIBLE! The macros are beyond phenomenal and Carlo was an absolute gem. The atmosphere is so clean and charming, I fell in love instantly. I am already counting down the days until I can visit again. The chunky monkey smoothie and array of protein donuts were just heavenly. Not to mention, the prices were more than reasonable for the quality of food. Every bite was perfection. I am just blown away by this place and can’t wait to go back for more.

This place was amazing. I had smoothies, protein cookies and my husband had a regular coffee. All were outstanding. I was in the area for an RV repair and went there 3 days in a row. Every experience was consistent. Cleanliness, personal attention, welcoming and very friendly atmosphere. The owner and his family went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. Besides their delicious products the atmosphere is what kept me coming back. Wish they were closer to my home.

First time here was recommended by my coworker….. I got the strawberry cheesecake smoothie literally amazing . The owner Carlos is so nice and welcoming. You can tell he is passionate about his business. Really cool atmosphere. Can’t wait to try more on their menu . Will definitely be stopping in all the time on my way home from work !!!!

I would highly recommend this spot to enjoy a healthy, delicious drink. The owner was super knowledgeable and helpful and friendly when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. He helped me choose the right drink for me and he took my medical condition in consideration to make sure I don’t get something that would affect my health, which in my eyes he tries to connect to his customers to provide the best options for each one. You don’t see that comment and dedication from other companies. I got the passion fruit mojito and it tasted real good.
