I’m thoroughly disappointed in this location. This dunkin has given me food poisoning before, but I kept coming back because I understand that mistakes happen. However, there is a consistent lack of quality in their drinks and food. It kind of feels like the people that work here do not care about their customers.

The Dunkin had cold food and okay drinks at best. Also they charge over $2 for a cup of water the gas station we were in had bottles for $1.25. Don’t price gouge tap water!

As a college student I go to Dunkin a decent amount. I went to this location with my boyfriend and I bought him a hot coffee. The lids on all of the hot drinks are AWFUL!!!! Every single time he gets them and goes to take a sip it drips coffee. Except this time I’m officially done with Dunkin after the lid slipped off and coffee went all over my pants and his pants. No one wants coffee dripping all over them because the lids are always loose. I also ordered avocado toast and it was way smaller than it normally is when I get it.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for the past week as my coffee spot since i moved to the area, I order a medium ice coffee without ice and a cup of ice on the side. This morning I was very rudely told by the manager to not order that anymore because it was “excessive”, I have had the same dunkin order for years and have never had anyone say anything. very rude manager did not offer an apology and made me to feel like i was stealing from them. do not go to this dunkin!

Anytime I’ve been to this Dunkin’ my coffee is completely wrong. I’ve had a manager tell me my coffee is right because she’s the manager and the one who made my coffee.. well, I’ve been drinking this particular coffee for 7 years.. I’ve also had them close and stop taking orders while I was inside the store in the line.

I will never go back to this location. I ordered food and waited ten minutes or so which was fine. Multiple orders came up that were not mine. My drink came up with no food. The guy cooking asked me what I was waiting for. I told him and he said “You already got it I saw you pick it up” (i did not and never left the spot) I said no that was someone else order. He proceeded to sputter about not cooking my food again because he knows I got it (I did not). His absolute rudeness was absurd. We all have bad days but calling a customer who just spent $40 for an order a thief with no actual proof is wild.

Server refused my service, was extremely rude, I had asked for a manager and she refused to give out management name, and all I had asked politely for was a Dunkin’ wrap @6:17pm (they close @7:00pm) and Serona has now refused my service 3 separate occasions. Like I just want to give you my money! I am extremely disappointed in Dunk’n Donuts for how they are training employees and management to treat paying customers!

Nothing like getting a stale bagel and a SMALL hot coffee with 3 shots of hazelnut and 3 sugars to wake you up. When you ask for sugar I don’t think ppl would mean 3 of them. Another coffee from Dunkin dumped down the drain. I’ve lost count on how many times I’ve had to do this. You’d think they’d be able to make a coffee. It’s the only Dunkin by me and I guess I need to just give up on Dunkin once and for all. Last time I tried to get something a few wks ago, I walked in and stood there for 8 minutes while not one employee even acknowledged me and I was the only one waiting. I ended up walking out, and all I wanted was one damn donut

It is April 10th 2020 for 6 PM. I went through the drive through at the Castleton. Vermont site and the young man working the drive through is a breath of fresh air. I have not received that sort of customer service in quite some time. It is refreshing to have a young person who doesn’t act like they are above working at Dunkin’ Donuts, and then to be pleasant upon that gives me faith in the younger generations. That boy was very friendly and upbeat. He deserves a raise or employee of the month. Something. he should be training other staff on quality Customer Care Because he definitely has the knack. There are not a lot of people like that anymore these days. Kudos to you, young man. I wish I had caught your name.

Good old Castleton Dunkin… my food order is correct 90% of the time, which is great; can’t be mad about that. Drinks, on the other hand, are wrong 50% of the time; I usually have to get it fixed at the Poultney or Rutland Dunkins.
And the drinks vary from being a coffee when I ordered matcha (if its not green you can immediately spot the problem), or, like today, missing coffees from my order. Usually I don’t care, or I’m on the run, so I leave it alone, but this is like the 10th time they’ve gotten it wrong for me.
