I want to like Marco’s, service is always great, delivery people are great….but they really need to cook their pizza a little more. The crust is always very doughy and under cooked. At the price we pay for pizza delivery these days, the product should be better!

I love Marcos and order their pizza all the time, I don’t know how they got a cheese pizza so terribly wrong today. It’s very doughy and extra toasted. The color was way off which should have been the first indication that it would taste bad. I suspect that this was “double cooked” it was very tough and not ‘melty’ even with the extra cheese. I also waited quite a while at the driveway window before being attended to, just for a pickup!

Coming from the northeast we know how pizza is supposed to taste like especially “the Italian way”. This is not it so they should get rid of that saying from their box. And 2 medium pizzas cost 30$. What?! And the dough tastes like store bought. We really were expecting a better tasting dough here considering it’s not dominos or Pizza Hut. I mean the dough is identical to those places. Oh did I mention they don’t deliver before 4 pm? Within the 2 miles? Ridiculous, won’t be ordering from here again. They get the 2 stars because pizza was hot and done on time

Halloween was an absolute disaster for my family.
Managers have no idea what they are doing. Pizza was wrong, order took over an hour for pick up. My kids missed a lot of trick or treating time.
Manager did not seem to care. I wouldn’t give them any stars but I do not feel that the teens working did their best with the little direction they had. Do not eat here you will waste your time and money. Support your local restaurants.

Had a great experience at Marco’s tonight. The last several times have all been great! They had a great carry out deal and I ordered the breadsticks for the first time. How did I miss these?? They were perfect! Highly recommend

I made the mistake of ordering from a different location; Caroline and Robert’s customer service was awesome! My boyfriend explained the situation to them and they fixed it for us. They prepared our order perfectly…food was awesone! We will definitely order from this location again.

Consistently slow and they close the dining room hours ahead of when they should, a stain on Richmond hill. How is this place slower than the more run down mcdonalds. Absolutely terrible, go to Publix instead and get a sub it’s right next door and 4x faster.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. DOORDASH is a huge scam and “customer service” is a joke. Marcos should go back to their own delivery and treat customers with a little dignity and respect because DoorDash will treat you like garbage.
