I was about to give them a four-star rating because the 6 inch subs are slightly less than 5 inches long BUT when you compare their service and product quality to that of The Bistro down the street they are a SOLID 5 … I wish I could give them more stars. (Did we all know that The Black Fork Bistro simply won’t take carry out orders by phone? Try it, it’s hilarious. They’re like “yeah we don’t do those.”)

I didn’t even get a chance to order. She barely spoke to me when I walked in then when she did I assumed she was ready to take my order but she shut me up really quick and said she had a phone order she was working on. I waited a bit then another lady came out and she said you can take her and she was like nope I’ll help you with the phone order. I left

I was not impressed with my sandwich! I had the spicy Italian on herbs and cheese bread. The bread was not what I ordered, it was very greasy! It definitely wasn’t the bread I ordered. There was way too much meat I had to take some out.i usually like Loudonville subway. This is by far the worst sandwich I’ve ever had.

Have used pickup twice in the last couple weeks. The first time they mixed up the breads on two subs. No big deal, decided to try again tonight and well the breads were right but we basically ate subs with just lettuce. The meats and other other veggies were basically none existing. You had to really look to see what whose sub was what since they weren’t labeled. We had 4 subs by the way. We like subways for a fast option but will now be going in and watching them make the subs instead of going through pickup.
