Ordered a matcha for pick up and as soon as I took a sip it was a straight clump of matcha. Looked in my drink and half of the scoop of powder was just sitting on the top, didn’t even bother to mix it in. For a $7 drink i’d expect it to be at least mixed together. Absolutely disgusting.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to— the staff is amazing, most of the employees have been working there for a long time now. I go to Starbucks 1-2 times a week lol! They always make my pink drinks on spot, along with cute drawings on my cup or simple writings or smiley faces. I love sitting inside to do my school work as well!

Ordered a hot peppermint mocha latte to go, but it was more room temperature. I dont expect scolding coffee, but do expect to feel a comforting warmth as I drink a hot drink. The flavor was well balanced and good though.

Once i was crazy frazzled in morning after dropping kids off… had just gotten cast on and arm was killing me…forgot my wallet and got to windows and apologized and said please cancel order. I was just having a morning from hell….and person at drive thru said..”honey..we have always had those kinda days!!, NO WORRIES!” And handed me my order out the windows…free! Wasn’t free drink that made my day…someone just seen I was fried and ready to melt down and just sympathized and then my free caffeine on top. Wow.so kind!! I went back next day and gave that person a $20 bill for my drink and thank u tip for them . Just because someone else got it!!!!

In all honesty, this is our favorite Starbucks in the area!! Everyone always tells me to have a good day if I go inside and when we go through the drive through, everyone is always very kind! When my dogs are with me in the drive through, the girls usually make a fuss over them. Our drinks are almost always done quickly and they taste really good! I’m surprised at the 4.1 rating! We always refer to this one as “our” Starbucks because we go there all the time!

I dont understand why when you go into the store the workers all ignore you and walk by while seemingly doing nothing. I would understand if they were busy with other customer or doing something but when you have five employees behind the desk and you have to wait 5+ plus minutes. Its pretty outrageous. I will say my drink was made quickly and tasted good.

Go somewhere else!! This location needs better management. I am an avid SB buyer, or I was until recently. This location is a mess. Quality is inconsistent in taste. Lines are incredibly long. Staff is not well trained, I asked about the policy for extra milk and got three different answers. I tried to share feedback and was utterly rejected.
