I also don’t understand why straws are often missing from delivery orders. When ordering a cold drink, a straw makes a big difference, and it’s disappointing when it’s not included. It would be great if straws were automatically provided with delivery orders or at least made easier to request.
Overall, I enjoy Starbucks and keep coming back, but improving consistency and delivery details would make the experience much better.
I understand that things can get busy and staff might be trying to streamline service, but it’s important to treat every customer with the same level of attention and respect. I wasn’t wearing anything that indicated I was a delivery driver, and I hadn’t said anything before being asked. It made me feel stereotyped, and that’s not a great feeling to carry into your day—especially when you’re just trying to grab a coffee.
I hope this feedback encourages a little more mindfulness in how customers are approached. A simple “Hi, how can I help you today?” goes a long way.
