Stopped here at the Exxon truck stop for reset was surprised with dinner open until 10pm. I had the cheese burger and fries for under $6 was very good how burgers used to be made good sized portions.

So I go in there in the morning and first thing I notice is this is a place for local old white men to hang out. And I think to myself well the breakfast must be good here. The first two tables I see had crumbs on them so I go to one I thought was clean. I sit down and I look around and most of the tables have crumbs on them. Then I noticed the floor not just in one spot but all over has crumbs and needs to be swept. Now saying all that negative stuff and seeing they had very high score from the local health inspector. I place my order and the food was fine and the service was excellent.

To be fair this was my first time here and first impression matter. I was just hungry I guess. But won’t be that hungry to eat here again. The staff was nice and friendly. So no problems there. Only issue is with he food I ordered. I asked for the daily special supposed to be 5.99. but on the check it was 7.99 plus a drink lol. Also the beans was cold. The only hot item was the meat. I ordered the chicken fried steak but it had more gray than there was meat.

If they clean up out side so that the truckers that have dogs don’t have to walk in it. The food last night was good but I heard a lot of people complaining about how some employees was not doing their supposed to be doing and I also heard that one of the the trucker ate there the other night and he said it was just is not really great food he’s not enjoying himself.the showers what’s not clean and women’s bathroom was okay just need a little bit more cleaning but the ladies was very nice. I would go back if I know when the lady’s that was there last night would be there.

I stop here for Fuel, it is a Mom & Pop Truck stop. Good food and Great price on Diesel.

Be sure to get the coffee in the back from a pot and NOT the machine up front. Waitress Debbie is always happy to see you and custom prepare a meal for you. Watch out for the old men in the back.
