We were called liars over a pickle. They didn’t cut our sandwiches no napkins no mustard packets and apparently the decided we wanted pickles instead of the chips we ordered and we didn’t even get both. I have no reason to lie OVER A PICKLE. I tried the new pizza cheese sandwich I asked for light sauce they put sauce on both sides. I paid 1.20 for extra ham on another one of our sandwiches I got 3 pieces total. No napkins.

Normally have a pretty good experience at this location going through drive thru. Today I walked into the dining room to order instead though and the lady at the register didn’t smile at me, didn’t acknowledge me at all, just stared. Normally a “Hi” would be enough.
So instead I smiled and said “Hi how are you doing today?” She didn’t even say “good how are you”.
Took my order, never said thank you to me.
She needs to work in her BASIC customer service skills.

Despite the many bad reviews, my husband and I had a good experience getting lunch here today. Their drive-thru always seems busy, so we parked and walked in to order takeout. The service was great and quick, and we love that their sandwiches can be toasted now. Fresh and delicious.

What’s the point of having a ‘customize’ option when they don’t put it on your sandwich anyway? This is the second time this has happened the past two times I’ve ordered from here. And I dont just add one extra thing. There are several – so when the order pops up or when the receipt prints, its all listed on there. What a joke. This place has gone downhill. Don’t know about other locations, but 70th & A definitely has.

Tried the turkey and bacon sandwich- added onions, jimmy peppers, extra tomatoes and lettuce with their spicy ranch on the side. Delicious and super filling! I also tried the pita chips with hummus (liked the himmus but not a fan of the pita chips) and the pumpkin white chocolate cookie (tasted more like a snickerdoodle cookie to me but still yummy).

Freaky Slow! Spoiled Veggies! Disgusting Food! Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes! When I opened my sandwich wrapping I noticed a piece of brown lettuce hanging out. I opened the sandwich to take out what I assumed would be one small piece of old lettuce. All the lettuce was slimy, mushy, and turning brown! I scraped all the lettuce off and inspected the rest of the sandwich. The cucumbers were turning brown in the middle so I took those off but the tomato and avocado looked all right. I thought I’d at least be able to eat this much of my sandwich. I took a bite. The avocado tasted NOTHING like avocado. It almost tasted more like hand sanitizer than anything else. It was horrible. At that point I threw the whole sandwich away. I was too grossed out to try throwing away the cheese which had the avocado smushed between it and eating just the tomatoes and mayo on bread. All that time wasted, money wasted, and ended up with nothing for lunch. Worst experience. I will never eat at this Jimmy John’s again! From now on, I will only eat at Jimmy John’s with higher reviews like the one on Pine Lake Rd.

Management keeps the store short staffed. Lunch rush and there was 3 people working. 10 cars in the drive thru and people inside. The girl at the front was running around trying to make sandwiches, one guy making drive thru meals didn’t rush at all and also didn’t try to help with front of house. Stood and waited for 10 minutes to be greeted.

When my husband first ordered the person at the drive through forgot to add chips and a cookie. He didn’t want to start the order again and made us pay twice which means double in tax. Then when I get home I find out the order I placed to make a wrap on a French bread instead was made on a tortilla. I made sure and checked my receipt to show it said on a French Bread. Then when I asked for both my receipts the lady who passed me the incorrect order didn’t understand.

Why can’t I have vegetables on the Slim sandwiches? They are the perfect size for me, but a dry sandwich is not good, I am not even allowed condiments, except for mustard packets. I have even offered to pay extra. I am sure there are others who would appreciate veggies and condiments, as well.
