First off, we ordered octopus fries as an appetizer. It came out with mini hot dogs over fries covered in spray cheese wiz. The fries were all undercooked as well. Was not worth $10.99 a plate. Then we ordered the habinaro bugar, a processed chicken patty with fries on the side. It was said to be very spicy but barely stung the tongue. Also ordered the Hawiian bugar, was shocked to see three small chunks of pineapples on the large greasy bun. To top it off, we did not see the waiter after he brought our food, not even to refill our drink or bring us the check.

I really want this place to be good and made sure to try it my first time back in Holdrege since they opened a couple of months ago.
Went on a Tuesday and it was pretty slow, which wasn’t unexpected. Service was really good. My server was attentive and friendly.
Ordered the Classic Burger and fries. It looked pretty good, but when cut in half, I could tell it was overcooked and not juicy at all. As fast as it came out, I wonder if they have them precooked and just warm it. It was warm, but definitely not fresh off the grill. I’d have no problem waiting a bit for a freshly cooked burger. Fries were good with lots of salt and some additional seasoning.
Not sure how to describe the interior, but not cozy nor modern. There was a slight, but off-putting odor that might come from a sewer issue. It wasn’t overwhelming, but definitely not pleasant.
I really hope that they can improve things because I want a couple of options when I’m here for work.

Food was gross and descriptions were misleading. Burger was served rare (the picture doesn’t do it justice… it was gross) plus it was missing a topping. The parts that I did feel comfortable eating were extremely bland. The octopus fries, which are described as being topped with sausage, had regular hotdogs instead. Wings were extra fatty and reminded me of a frozen tgi Friday’s meal. Salmon was bland and had a weird taste to it. I got several items cause I was interested to see what they did well… it was nothing.

I looked at the other reviews and wished I could give you five stars but had some issues I thought should be addressed. My family and I ate supper here Saturday night and there were several different items on their menu. I ordered the Hawaiian chicken sandwich and french fries. I was a bit disappointed when the waiter brought me the sandwich and it was a breaded chicken patty. Really would have been better with a plain breast. My husband is a fine connoisseur of a good burger and he was also disappointed because his classic burger was not hot. Two of my daughters ordered the boneless wings and they said they tasted like something that was frozen and popped in the fryer. My husband couldn’t find any paper towels in the men’s bathroom and the ladies had a roll on top of the dispenser and also a roll of paper towels on top of it dispenser. Our food did come out in a timely manner. So, hopefully you can use this review to tweak a few things.

The food was fine. Not great. Not the best. But not bad. The wings were good. No blue cheese. But the carrots and celery were a little bonus. Fries were good. Burger was okay. The pineapple was literally 3 little triangle pieces. Not like a slice. Definitely room for improvement but not terrible! Prices were a little high for what we got.

My family and I went there last Friday night was seated right away waited over 15 minutes to get our drink orders while the waitress sat in a chair doing nothing and manager was sitting at the bar drinking. My husband had to wave her down to get her to come to our table. She finally came over took our drink orders and food orders and we waited over an hour and 45 minutes for our drinks and food which is completely ridiculous. Asked if they would take off my kids meals for how long we had to wait. They would only take off one of my kids meals which was a mini pizza that you could buy at the grocery store. We paid which in my opinion was way overpriced and then they never handed me back my card and I was so angry that I didn’t know they never handed it back to me because just wanted to leave and go home. I ended up having to go back and get it the next day, and talked to the manager about them handing back my card and all he had to say was that they had only been open for 3 days and still working on things. I would not recommend going there.

We did have one person in a wheelchair there. They had to come in the other door that is normally locked. But they were able to accommodate him without any extra fuss.

I ordered the hamburger quesadilla. It was excellent! The best fries I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be back.

Food was not good at all and was overpriced the Mac cheese that was $10 was half a box of craft Mac and chesse I don’t mind paying for a good meal but this was not a good one I won’t be back
