This place used to be great. But now my coffee is NEVER correct. Why is it so hard to read the sticker that tells you what goes in it? When paying over $5 for a single drink it should be perfect, every time.
I order the same thing every day, sometimes in different sizes but the same ingredients; always. This morning it seems it doesn’t have the cream. Other days the Carmel seems to be cut back or the sugar. The amount of ice is always inaccurate as well. I’ll be finding another coffee shop to spend my hard earned money at.
Not to mention most of the staff are zombies. Rarely do you get a good morning, have a great day or a smile for that matter.

We try to give this Dunkin a chance every once in a while but it always disappoints. Went through around 6pm, asked to add something at the window (there was no one else in line or inside, so wouldn’t think it’s a big deal)- one of the workers starts saying something unprofessional, the girl at the window then responds to them- the window is open, and laughs. We hear all of this, no apology or anything. We shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience or uncomfortable for ordering coffee at a coffee establishment. Not worth it anymore.

This place used to be great, but the fired all the good staff and the current manager is ridiculously bad at customer service, rude, and entitled. The food is always either uncooked or cooked too long. The drinks are not made consistently ever.

Absolute worst service I have seen in a restaurant in a very long time. My husband and I walked in and neither worker acknowledged us for at least 3-4 minutes until they were ready to take our order. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time. A simple “Hi, we’ll be right with you” or just plain “Hi” would be nice. I got doughnut holes and the jelly filled ones were so dry I couldn’t even choke them down. Will not be going back there ever unfortunately…Hopefully the franchise addresses this

The young women who were working on 9/15/25 in the morning were fabulous. They were professional and cheery and just what I needed while waiting for my Airbnb. Even when an unreasonable customer came in for a redo of their drink they responded with quickness . Great service !

Well this was my very first visit with Dunkin donuts and needles to say I’m not impressed at all. The girl taking our order couldn’t even repeat our order back nor tell us how much it was. Then we sat at the first window for 10 min and the workers were just looking at us so we pulled up to the first window n told her about us just sitting n she was like oh lol she said the people back there are just bakers and then proceeded to tell me that she was talking to another coworker so that was why she didn’t talk on the speaker

Standard chain Dunks – donuts OK, decent coffee. Service here was really good. Wife didn’t realize latte was a cold drink but tried to stick with it. After two sips she went back in to order another on but hot and the lady behind the counter was already making one for her and gave it to her for free.

I stopped at this location with my mom today (we are from out of town) While the young lady that took our order (m iced french vanilla cappuccino with lite ice and l caramel macchiato cold with no ice) was very prompt and nice. She was taking orders for both counter and drive thru. After taking our order she gave an order to drive thru and the next person at the window she and the lady who was making the drinks both stood at the window and chatted with for about 2 minutes. The other person who was working was standing by the counter where the sandwiches are made on their phone. The lady returned to the coffee station and there was no one in dth drive thru. They stood there talking to each other for a minute and then the order taker took an order in drive thru. When I observed the lady make and serve that order before ours, I moved closer to the counter to casually remind them that we were waiting. As she is making something else and passed it to drive thru, another worker came from the back and asked if I had been helped. I told her that I was waiting for our drinks. She said that there was no mobile pickup order. I told her that I ordered at the counter and was trying to figure out why 2 drive thru orders were done before ours when there was no one in drive thru 5 minutes ago. The drink maker pipes up with orders are made in the order they come in. I said ok, then why if no one was in drive thru did the next people get service before us. They shot back an answer and quickly made our drinks (incorrectly) there was no vanilla in the cappuccino and lots of caramel in the macchiato (it tasted like Carmel syrup). They would not take the drinks back and refund our money. I would absolutely advise going anywhere but this Dunkin Donuts for coffee products. If I could rate it with 0 stats, I would! Please, turn and run from this place!!

They do not give you time to order. They rush you like crazy. I can’t even finish a sentence with them trying to have me be done with my order. This is crazy. Starbucks is less than a mile down the road please take the extra drive.
