I have been coming here for about 2 years now and never care for the constant attitude the man has, who I think is the store manager, but today crossed the line. There was no clients there when my husband and I walked in today around 12:20pm and when we finally got to the vegetable section, I asked the young lady which vegetables were not prepackaged and freshly cut when the man interrupted and said that everything is fresh. So I asked what vegetables were prepackaged because I can’t eat prepackaged vegetables right now. He said he cut everything up that morning except the spinach, that’s the only vegetable prepackaged. I asked if he was sure and they just stared at me. Again, I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now and during the storm this past January, the lettuce was mushy & grey so I asked if he had other lettuce and he said that they all came in prepackaged like that. But today he said he always cuts it the morning of. They had already put the lettuce and spinach on my sandwich and I had to ask them to remove it(because I couldn’t trust it or them telling me the truth). I didn’t want to add to it by asking if they can remake my sandwich because of the bacteria that prepackaged lettuce has so we just bought the sandwiches like that. I understand that when you go to a public restaurant to buy food, that there’s risks but you’re telling me that I can’t ask about the vegetables being fresh and NOT prepackaged because of my health without them lying straight to my face? I will not be coming here because this time it was a HEALTH ISSUE even though this man ALWAYS has an attitude. I let his attitude slide because I just go for a sandwich and try not to care that he has an attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME I’m there. With other clients or myself but this was about health-wise that he could care less about for people he’s serving FOOD for. I wish I had his name but he is the tall white one that is there everyday.

Walkin employee asked if it was here or order Togo. The woman behind the counter was rude. On her phone as if I was a bother! I work in the area and always drop in but today was extremely different. Why am I the bother if your working on and your personal phone? Defferently need nicer people behind your counter if your going to be the only person in the store.

Walked in to get a sandwich like I usually do on my break, and the food is always decent, the most recent times I have been in, a older male (pretty sure he was the manager) was EXTREMELY rude and completely disrespectful. I had questions about a custom sandwich and he completely disregarded my question and gave me complete unnecessary attitude like I was asking for to much. The nice man making my sandwich, looked in his teens, was so kind and gave me exactly what i wanted. He kept a nice attitude the entire time and was so pleasant to talk to. Shame on the manager for treating customers that way. Probably will be switching locations.

I ordered a footlong and ask for extra pickles, tomatoes.and avocado on the side which costs extra.I got 4 pickles, no avocado, no tomatoes. I tried to call them several times, but no one answers the phone. I have had this kind of problem every time I order from this location!!!

I order from this Subway very frequently and have typically had a wonderful experience. They are prompt, friendly, and deliver quality food as ordered. We usually order to-go, but today at the last minute we decided to eat our to go order in the restaurant so I asked if I could get a cup for water. They said unsympathetically that they do not provide cups for water. Wow. I don’t think I’ve ever been denied water at a restaurant I’ve patronized. That’s sad. Like I said, they do a lot of things well…refusing customers a cup for water, in my opinion, does not match up with the rest of what they do. I hope they reconsider this decision – in the meantime, if you’re headed here to eat, come prepared!

I had a fantastic experience at this Subway location! The moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the friendly staff, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. The service was quick, and the sandwich artists really knew how to make the perfect sub – fresh ingredients, neatly prepared, and exactly to my liking.

What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and willingness to customize every order with a smile. It’s rare to see such a great combination of speed, quality, and customer care. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this Subway to friends and family!

If you’re looking for a quick, healthy, and satisfying meal, this is the place to go! Keep up the excellent work!

I recently visited this Subway location, and while the sandwiches were decent, the service was extremely slow. The staff seemed to take their time, and the wait to get through the line was much longer than expected, even though there weren’t many customers. It felt like there was no sense of urgency, which made the overall experience frustrating. Hopefully, they can work on speeding up their service for a more efficient experience.
