This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I placed an online order and when I arrived, several items were missing from my order. I calmly let the employee know multiple times what was missing, and instead of correcting the mistake, she repeatedly told me they couldn’t give me the items and that I would have to be charged again even though the items were already paid for. I explained that this was not a new order issue, but that the items were simply forgotten. She immediately had an attitude and insisted she had already completed the order. I told her I had just placed the order and had just arrived, but she continued to argue instead of fixing the mistake. The situation escalated because of her dismissive attitude and refusal to listen. At one point, she told me I needed to “treat her how I would like to be treated,” which was shocking considering I was only asking for the items I already paid for. This location has terrible customer service, no accountability, and no professionalism. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference and this was handled horribly. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s and would not recommend it to anyone.

I would not recommend this place to any citizen of weslaco and for whoever goes there should stop, I’ve seen multiple ants crawling around the front area, as for my fires looking very offsetting like the oil has never been changed. And oh I feel so bad for all those cars waiting on curb side waiting for hours. In my opinion. Is this place needs to go under a lot of new management or just be shut down because their not following health protocols. Please for the love of god consider another McDonalds thank u for you’re time.

Worst McDonalds in the USA!!! Waited 30 minutes while they served like 10 other cars. Manager made my order after I went to complain. 1st quarter pounder was raw and the second one was a McDouble in a quarter pounder box. Didn’t get my nuggets , but got my bbq sauce.Health department should close it down for raw food being served!! Also they steal your money because they don’t give you what you paid for ! Theft!!!

Went through the drive-thru only 1 car in front of me, waited a good 10 min for my order and noticed 3 cars had left behind me. I didn’t order anything crazy, but I parked went inside, asked if my food was ready.. one of the young employees hands me the bag and turned around and walked away.
I get to my car and realize my fries are cold and they forgot my sauces and no napkins.
I’m assuming it’s just lack of communication, but I won’t be giving this location another chance.

Quite possibly the worst McDonald’s ever. Ordered a single happy meal through the app. Was told to wait in the parking lot for it. Waited for 20 minutes- husband finally goes in to check on it….it’s sitting on the counter while all workers are laughing and giggling.

Best McDonalds for breakfast by far. Customer service is top tier, properly greeted at the drive-thru and kindly ask for order code. Order is always organized and clean (picture perfect), unlike many valley restaurants that just throw everything into the bag. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure your order is right.

My son ordered a curbside and they forgot to put the fries. We had three orders! I went back and asked for the manager, he didn’t say anything to apologize for the mistake. He went and made the 3 orders of fries and then sent somebody else to give them to me. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Another time we ordered a double quarter pounder and got home and there was a plain home style burger in the box. Unbelievable!! I’ve never had this happen at any other store.

I’ve ordered in person, drive thru, and uber eats and they always forget an item. Like how are you a new establishment to the area and forget items that customers pay for. And when I call to tell them they forgot to give me my items they respond as if they have no clue like seriously who hired the management here. I spoke with Aisha who told me she was the manager and when I told her my ice coffee was not in my order she did not know what to say. As manger you should give me the option to go back for the coffee I did not even want a refund. But no I lost out on a five dollar drink. I know it’s only five bucks but come on.
