Everything about this place is beyond our expectations!! Amazing food prepared by a very talented chef who works in an open kitchen – meaning you can watch the magic happening!! Artistic and delicious plating of a memorable meal. The ambiance of the scene is top notch! Fabulously attentive & informative staff! A true hidden gem in Taunton! I got the seafood crusted haddock and finished with the pistachio sorbet. Everything was so perfect we decided to make our next reservation to be sure to have our Valentine’s dinner planned at the best possible place!

My wife and I decided to go out for breakfast and landed at Aire Restaurant. Located in the new Taunton Municipal Airport building, the restaurant is clean, modern, and low-key, affording an intimate and relaxed atmosphere.
We were promptly seated and served by James, who was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He served us water and coffee, along with a couple pieces of homemade cornbread drizzled with honey while we reviewed the menu.
My wife decided on the “Adverse Yaw”, which was corned beef hash, thyme Vidalia onion, drizzled with Dijon cream sauce and 2 over-easy eggs. I ordered the “Hangar Queen”, with that being a French Boursin 4- layer cheese omelette with corned beef hash, tomato, Vidalia onion, spinach, and mushroom. Both were accompanied by rosti potato, which is kind of like crispy shredded hash browns.
To say that this was a phenomenal meal would be an understatement! It is evident that both our meals were fresh and made to order, using only the finest ingredients. The flavor was outstanding, and as such, these meals were absolutely delicious. I can confidently say that this was one of, if not the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! Thank you and kudos to both our server James and Chef Charles for an outstanding meal. We will surely be back soon!

We love this little place! It’s hidden back in the airport which makes it a great little spot to avoid the crowds, but still enjoy some great food and a charming ambience. It’s really neat to watch the chef cook your food right before your eyes. Everything came out wonderful. The Parmesan fries are just the best!! Watching the planes land in while you dine is a unique form of entertainment that my husband and I really appreciated. Our server was very polite and not too overbearing. Everything was just great. We will be back!

Me and my fiancé just left this restaurant for breakfast and our experience was unbelievable the best food we had in a WHILE! We plan to make this restaurant our new favorite place to eat. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere is so cozy. The owner is so friendly and welcoming!
We are a Big Food people so we really appreciate when the experience is good, but Today we have experienced an Exceptional Food Service.

We had our first experience at Aire as a small group last night. All I can say is WOW, what a gem!!! My only regret is not finding this restaurant earlier. Aire had it all – incredible service, killer drinks, an intimate environment, and the BEST food I’ve had in a very long time. I ordered a key lime martini (the best I’ve ever had & I try them everywhere I go) and the seafood stuffed haddock. Others in my group had lobster ravioli (yum) and short rib (delicious). Portions were extremely generous. We were all stuffed after our entrees, but couldn’t help but order dessert. The crème brûlée was out of this world. And to top it off, the chef came over to our table during the meal to introduce himself and ask about our experience. 10/10 stars – I will be back many times & will be telling everyone I know about Aire.

A+ Amazing meal at Aire Restaurant & Catering in Taunton tonight! Chef Charles prepared the most delicious meal for our early Valentine dinner! Bill said that it’s our new fave! Thanks also to Shannon who was a wonderful server, and we realized we had a past connection! I guess we will continue to follow her!

Went to Aire Taunton today for breakfast — hands down best breakfast I’ve had. Every bite was infused with magical notes of flavor. The complimentary blueberry coffee cake was absolutely delicious.
We had the corned beef hash and the eggs Benedict — both were perfectly prepared. The coffee was rich and flavorful.
And you get breakfast with a view! You get to see the airplanes coming and going. And the option to sit outside on the patio during warm weather to enjoy fresh Air and a close look at the planes.
From the service to the ambiance to the price, everything was spot-on. You must stop by and try this place out — chef’s kiss !
