I ordered take out from this restaurant several times just to try all the dishes they promote. I was impressed. Food was fresh and cooked to its perfection. If you want authentic Chinese food, you can find it here. The lady took my orders is super nice. She even asked our taste preference to see if they can adjust some ingredients. I noticed they are changing out old blinds to some new cute shades. which makes the done in area brighter and more enjoyable.

Background- I’ve enjoyed Golden China since they opened and usually ordered only two dishes Shrimp with Lobster Sauce Combo or Boneless Chicken Combo on a weekly basis. Golden China)changed to no combo plates to a full dinner dish option. Cool no problem, but this should not have effected the recipe of the dishes. Shrimp w/lobster sauce over their fried rice was brown sauce/shrimp,seasoning, veggies (limited) with a great flavor and Won Ton Soup was clear broth, a shrimp and some chopped onion.—————————————–Picked up my order tonight of won ton soup and Shrimp with lobster sauce. This stuff was terrible and a big change in the recipe’s. The first two pics is the shrimp w/l sauce minus the 6 shrimps (it was more like a soup of water, starch, egg, 8 pcs. diced carrot and the green peas, I strained it to see what was in it. LOL. The won ton soup a dark broth with 6 won ton’s. Both had zero flavor and all but the shrimp went down the disposal. My opinion you should have kept original recipe and went up on price. I called queston if it was the same owners as it has been closed the last month and the cashier said yes and had the recipe’s changed and she said yes. Huh! I don’t reccommend Golden Chaina anymore based on past versus new dishes and offering (cost was $24).

I moved away 4 years ago and came to town for work and wanted China Garden, which USED to be amazing. I ordered what I thought was a beef w/veg combo platter and sweet and sour chicken. All was not edible in my opinion and was over priced based on the Door Dash menu that is linked to their listing. Combo platter was supposed to come with fried rice, a wonton and an egg roll for $12.95 and a small s/s chicken for $8. Here’s where all the red flags start… I pull up & outside of the place looks disgusting and no one was there, which is unusual from when I lived in town. There were always multiple people waiting to pick up orders and dining in, the lady knew what order I was picking up bc I was the ONLY order! my total was $31.50 she tells me she gave me 4 egg rolls instead of 2, I was thinking that’ll be great for leftovers. Open my order to dig in and it looks weird, s/s sauce looked and tasted like sweet ketchup, the chicken was hard and stringy and in no way tasted fresh, the beef and veg tasted and looked and tasted like a mixture of a couple of dishes, the rice was crunchy (not done) and tasted nasty and the “egg rolls” were tiny, greasy and barely had any filling.
All VERY disappointing. I will take my $30+ to McDonald’s over this place!

The new owners food is not the same. I ordered chicken lo mein, egg rolls, and general so chicken. The lo mein was awful. The chicken had a gross taste! The egg rolls were not good. I also spent more than usual for less food. Not happy. Pick up order.

I ordered their take out authentic Chinese dishes like cumin lamb, beef noodles, hot and sour fish. All taste great and it is close to where I live. I like this new place with authentic Chinese food. The owner is super nice and you can text or communicate with her about what you want. Since they reopened, I barely cook at home.

At one time this was our favorite take out Chinese restaurant. We called in our order tonight and they advised the combo dinner had changed. No big deal. We still ordered. When I was told the price, I asked to repeat it because it was way higher than normal but I do understand the economy has changed. We get the food home and it is nothing like we have received before. The food is no where near as good. After inspecting the bags, it says Taste of Home and not Golden China!!! That would have been good information to know. We will not be going back. $70 wasted!!!!

Reopened after being closed for a month. Different staff and different food and the price increased for buffet to 14$. Food is much lower quality than it was, no longer worth it.

Great food in small restaurant. We both agreed it was great. We had Egg Foo Young and Singapore noodles! Service was good and Coke products served too….

Small buffet, but every item is tasty. Clean atmosphere and stellar staff. I’ve been eating here for about 9 years and it’s always good, especially the fried rice and chicken lo mein. They don’t stint on the veggies. Good value for the price.

I ordered their take out authentic Chinese dishes and the whole family lived each of them. The owner is super nice and willing to customize for you.
