I’m not giving 5 stars because I arrived Saturday and the location wasn’t open on time. The opening person was irresponsible and was a no call no show. The poor staff showed up for lunch scrambling to get burners on, food prep stations set up, and food cooking. The manager Gilpin was awesome he got everything up and running as fast as he could taking orders and doing whatever he could to make sure the customers still left with a good experience. I came for the chicken I’ll return because of Gilpin.

Stopped in for a quick restroom break (& snack), and was not disappointed. Very clean restaurant and FRIENDLY staff! **the ladies room lock is a little backwards, so be careful** They are adjusting to a new POS(?) software, so be patient as well. Thank you for your kindness/service today! #NewCustomer

Picked up a $50 order and asked the woman at the drivethru if everything is in the bag. She said yes. I get home 15 minutes later and it’s missing an item. I call and spoke to Lina who said she was the manager and said I am missing an item. She said she was the one who brought out my food. I guess she just says “yes” to anyone who is just confirming everything is with their order without really knowing or not. She said I could come back to pickup the item or get a credit for another time. I didn’t want either because I don’t like my time wasted or being lied to which I felt like I was. This also happened around 3pm and I didn’t see any other cars or customers there so I can’t say they were overwhelmed and made a mistake because it was so busy. If that was the case I would sort of understand but I was only person in the drivethru.

The one who is in charge of the night the woman there is disgusting I don’t know her name but she has a different color of shirt than the rest of them. I saw her touch the sandwich with her own hands no gloves ! I also noticed she doesn’t respect her employees I’ve seen her yell at one last time I went in there. This is not acceptable this place should be clean and using gloves not bare hands

I when to the new Popeyes in Middlesex on bound brook rd. This is my second time going to this Popeyes both time bad experience. The first time I bought two apple pie and they was cold. The kids was playing on their cellphone, and a two piece two chicken,the biscuit was hard. I when back for a second time and I order a 5pc chicken. The chicken wing was so little, I was on my way back to store to tell them I order a 5pc and this is only 4pc. I will not go back there again.
