I would have given this place a 5 star rating in all categories a year ago but not anymore. Since falling under new ownership and new employees the service has been subpar and and quite frankly rudeness from the bartender/deep fryer technician… A year ago the actually had a halfway decent selection of beer but that is no longer the case. The food which used to be “fairly decent bar food” is now regularly burned in deep fryer and overpriced… Also had incident with being charged a different price from one night to the next for a particular drink. Not a big deal but what became a big deal is when I attempted to discuss it with the bartender she immediately got defensive and less than professional about the situation. Furthermore no patron wants to sit and listen to a bartender complain about how much she hates her job, husband, etc the entire time. Furthermore it was even more inappropriate of her to intervene on a political conversation between two patrons that she happened to disagree with. She literally told us to find something else to talk about. This is completely the opposite of what the crazy cow had to offer just a year ago with friendly service with a smile, better beer selection, and better quality food.

Disappointing when you look up the hours and says 6pm-11pm on a Friday night and driving from waterloo finally thinking your going to get to try this place your friends tell you about and get there a little after 9pm to find out they closed at 9pm.
