This location was conveniently located on the main highway along with other various food options around. The food was good and made fresh to order, they’ve also been very consistent. They use fresh oil and clean utensils.. also the workers were very tidy and have a very organized kitchen.
I would definitely recommend this as a good traditional American Chinese eatery. I have been a bunch of times in the past year and they have satisfied my pallet each time.
Please do yourself a favor and try this location, even the pickiest eaters have enjoyed at least one or two things on the menu, no matter how basic you choose to eat!

The vegetarian options are really good; the boneless ribs are decent; but I didn’t care for the shrimp & broccoli. Best part: it’s the closest to the Holiday Inn so it’ll do. Prices are very reasonable and service is efficient. I would go back if I’m in the area again.

Ginger Chinese takeout, on Rt 9, just north of the Spackenkill road exits has been a staple at that location for maybe 15 years. It is consistently a great answer to not cooking and enjoying a steaming plate of your favorite dish, which we normally would not cook ourselves. I tend to be a little boring with my chicken and broccoli, but lately I’ve added extra broccoli and mixed vegetables, and it is delicious every time. Some of my extras might be their spare ribs, also tasty, and sometimes fried dumplings, extra crispy, again very tasty. Their won ton soup is also much better than most.
A few years ago the business changed hands, and I have to say the new owners are constantly improving the place, it’s clearly evident if you’ve been a long time customer, and these changes are all for the better.
They’ve added an exotic fish tank to the ambiance which is a welcome change to stare at instead of your phone while you wait for your food.
Dinner last night was great ! I’ll be back.

They listen to any specifications you have and actually follow through, ordering on the phone is easy and the order is accurate and done quickly for pickup every time. The food is absolutely fantastic, the best Chinese my family has ever had. We pay extra for white meat and it comes out perfect every time with the right ratio of sauce, outside crunch and meat every time! Will keep coming back as long as it’s open!

Although the new owner has given it a good scrubbing and a fresh coat of paint…the food is quite BAD or should I say BLAND. No longer satisfied…2nd bust today with the frozen, tiny, and beige shrimp lo-mein. Yuck! Moving right along~ Not going to be disappointed a third time! On the hunt for a new Chinese spot. What Chinese restaurant sells French fries and not chicken fingers I should of left then general tso was popcorn chicken with sauce and pork fried rice was burnt and sucked will never go back place sucked would of been better off eating my 25$ cash would of had better flavor and better filling place is a zero in my book
