I placed a large order an hour before I needed it. Cheryl took my order, she was kind and very helpful. When I got there she had my order in bags neatly and had them marked so we could tell what they were. She even offered to take my order to my car for me. She went above and beyond, we need more people like her. Awesome service!

One of the most unwelcoming locations I’ve been to, terrible customer service. Management definitely need to step up and correct those two ladies, if we can even call them that. I can’t believe there’s so much bitterness in one single human being. Also the restroom as disgusting… no soap! There’s no way they wash their hands. DO NOT EAT THERE. Check the pictures!

I ordered ft long Italian herb and cheese. I couldn’t see the bread bc the metal piece that covers the meats was up. After sandwich was made I seen the bread was burnt asked if it could be remade the MANAGER refused to bc of her opinion it wasn’t burnt bc she made it herself she was very rude and sarcastic

The young ladies in this location were top tier. The customer service was exceptional. I eat subway a lot and this was by far my best experience. Thank you so much ladies for being so kind and hospitable. And the food was very fresh .

The people are very friendly but the place is a little dirty, something I always notice personally, if the bathroom of the establishment is dirty, it is 100% sure that the kitchen is the same, more hygiene please to the establishment.

Chewy not very tasty . Cheetoos are the best part of meal. 20 days till exp but good. clean on customer side . just very poor sandwich . i under stand it was only 8 dollars .wont be back.

My family and I had a horrible experience at this Subway location. There were flies on our food, and the female employee provided terrible customer service. She was yelling, throwing our food, and repeatedly getting our order wrong. Things took a disturbing turn when she left and returned with two males, one of whom was carrying a gun and threatened us. Overall, the service and food were awful. I strongly advise against visiting this Subway location, as they may be hiring staff with criminal backgrounds or disruptive behavior.

I ordered from the APP. I arrived while he was making my sandwich. I told him I did not order cheese on it, the guy said it comes with cheese. I couldn’t get my APP to open there. We got home and one of the other sandwiches was missing cheese and was not toasted. I went back and showed the nice girl my order. This guy said I should take the cheese off my sandwich and put it on the other person’s!!!!! He said there was nothing they could do cause I left with the food. It was a Pick Up order, and I told him it was wrong when I was there!!! He said I was trying to tell him how to do his job, I have worked at Subway in Charlotte and Stanley. I have a Business degree, this is horrible customer service!!!

I have eaten here many times in the 16 years I have lived in the area. I have never been treated as rudely anywhere else before on my last visit there. I ordered from the app. Got there was told there was an issue with the computer syncing with the app and they had no record. Was told that it wasn’t their issue and if I wanted my food I would have to order and pay again. And that they would take my information give it to the manager and he would contact me about a refund. I went to Hardee’s. Did give them all of my information waited 48 hours and never heard from management. Had to contact Subway directly. Once I did that I immediately heard from the owner got a refund and an apology. My recommendation before ordering from the app call the store.
