Had lunch today, good smoke flavor on the chopped bbq sandwich and onion rings. I asked for dry slaw, although they have a wet slaw as well. Onion rings were well cooked hand battered but lacked some seasoning there were a lot more than what you see in the picture. bbq sauce had good favor, looking forward to going back and trying more. waitress was BUSY but friendly and very on top of things with a full house, she did a great job.

First thing I placed a to go order. I ordered a shrimp basket the menu said $13.99 online so I figured I’d be getting a decent deal.
I got there the lady up front was rude and not only that but I paid $20.41 for a shrimp basket that had a couple popcorn shrimp fries and two hush puppies I don’t know what I expected but for $20.41 I could have atleast received more shrimp and they could have been real tail in shrimp not packet popcorn shrimp. Not to mention it was not very good fries were soggy , hush puppies were cold/hard ,and the shrimp had more batter then shrimp.

Stopped by for a quick pork sandwich. In and out in no time. Also was right at opening. Food was hot and delicious. There is no picture cause once I took a bite, it was all business. Great spot for BBQ.

Sam got me to try the Cowboy Bites one time, and I have been getting them ever since. The ribs are just the best I’ve had and the catfish is always flavorful. Highly recommend this place to everyone, even if you are not a fan of bbq, they have something you’ll like.

The barbecue was probably better than my overall rating but there were only sandwiches and stuffed potatoes on the menu as meals. While they offered meat by the pound and a few sides, I was interested in a combo plate that had meat and two sides included in a lunch portion. My dietary concerns prevent me from eating bread and potatoes very often.
