I went through the drive-thru and, asked that the cashier please get someone to or let someone know to clean off a huge spider web outside by the window, more than once. I was met with a mocking tone, and I was totally ignored. Lazy workers, who give you the card machine for their undeserved tip is what you will find here.

I was stuck in the line with no way to exit. I went inside to discuss getting the line movibg so I could exit and they stated there waa nothing they could do. The employees at this location have zero problem solving skills and are inconsiderate. This is not the first time I have experienced slow service at this location. I will jot return here.

For the gentleman this morning; 8-15-25 at530am who had a woman scream and throw something at him in the drive thru about a strawberry lemonade….. You handled that so gracefully. You stayed calm and tried to talk to her and she just wasn’t having it. Breakfast and a show from one car behind. 10/10 service

I was only car in drive through and it took forever to gey my order, just 1 Frap. A girl finally came to window and said “can I help you?”. I told her I was waiting for my drink. She grabbed it and handed to me and said “someone forgot to give it to you”. The girl who handed it to me was not the same person who took my order, who was also different than person who took my payment. As I drove away I took one sip of my Caramel Frap and it tasted like caramel water. It was gross. I’d give them ZERO stars.

Great spot, super friendly! Our dog Louie loved his pup cup, and my wife and I loved our iced hazelnut latte and white chocolate mocha. We come here pretty often and have always had great service.

I placed an order through Door Dash and for the first time ever, my order was not correct. So I called to find out how I can resolve the issue and the gentleman I spoke with was amazing! He offered to make my sandwich for me while Sebastian with Door Dash had already began to head back. I got my correct item and a gift card for $4.00 which wasn’t entirely necessary but the kindness received from both reminds me there are still great people in this world and moments to be had. Thank you.
